Concord Court Apartments

I only visited but they have beautiful apartments plus it's in walking distance of the Aston Diner and others such as Zac's burgers. Perfect location.

I have absolutely no complaints about this place WHILE we were living there, it was once we moved OUT we had problems. they gave us a check list of everything we needed to complete prior to moving out, successfully completed all tasks yet still got fined $95 from them to clean the carpet... If they MENTIONED the carpet needed to be cleaned professionally prior to moving out I would have let my friend who is a processional carpet cleaner CLEAN IT before they stole money from us without even acknowledging it was something that had to be done. I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes during college and this one is by far the worst. The first year went by without a hitch other than some plumbing problems. It seemed as soon as I signed for my second year they decided to go nuts. I've never had more problems with an apartment before, My locks didn't work (turns out they were screwed into cardboard) I have constant "inspections" where they keep finding the same problem every time that mysteriously won't get fixed, I've never had more plumbing problems, or nosy neighbors.
