I'm not even going to lie. After looking at some people's reviews on this place and the few bad personal experiences. I was skeptical on looking into here. However, with many of the great reviews I've seen. I decided to get my own opinion and I've got to say, I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call. I was greated by Heather who was very pleasant. I was calling about a viewing I had the following week. She was so kind and able to do a same day viewing. Which was much more convenient for me. Once at the viewing. She was very nice and patient. She explained to me about the whole process

This place is so unprofessional. I emailed and confirmed a visit to view an apartment. The time came no one called me no one showed up. I called multiple times to get in touch with someone. Mind you I lived a hour away from the place. I kept calling no one answered I even went inside where it smelled like cigarettes. After 30 minutes of wait no call no show I went home a block away from home I called agin someone answered and said the person who was suppose to meet me had an emergency. It was a very irate feeling to control like why not email me text me call me anything to let me know that they

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Green Forest Apartments. My daughter has lived here for the past 3 years and she loves it. When I visit my daughter I never have any problems with parking or with her neighbors, everyone that I have encountered are very friendly and the environment always feels safe and secure. I am now actually moving to Chester and I chose to live in the Green Forest Apartment Complex with my daughter. The manager Heather is friendly, kind and supportive and answered every one of my questions with patience and virtue. I mentioned a minor issue in my daughter's apartment

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD . THIS PLACE IS A JOKE I DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT HEATHER THE OFFICE MANAGER , HOW IS SHE STILL EMPLOYED? HEATHER IS SO RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN IN PROPERTY MGMT FOR YEARS AND WOULD NEVER KEEP SOMEONE AS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AS HER ON MY STAFF!!!!!!!! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES

I went though the application process and got denied because they thought my income was to unstable. If working at a job for almost three years is unstable and having a college degree and just starting a second job back in july in my career in mental health is unstable then I guess we are all unstable people. This was a waste of my time.

My husband and I lived at green forest for a year and we were very happy. Heather as well as the workers of the building were always very nice and helpful to us if we needed anything. The grounds were always kept nice and cleaned up everyday by the workers. I felt safe there as no one ever bothered us the entire time we lived there, neighbors were all very friendly too.
