Our first time to stay at this Best Western & we loved it! Room with a view of the Columbia River & Great food!! We are "essential drivers" and have been through at least 25 states during CV19 and food - good food, is the hardest to come by. A quick peak at the dining room looks very inviting and their outdoor patio must be a great spot to eat and relax when it reopens for "dine in". We ordered & picked up in the lobby. We ate in our room watching the sunset. A beautiful end to the day. The cod was big & flakey and the fries handcut. $12 for two pieces and $6

Since our made to order breakfast was included with our stay, the 2 items I had for breakfast were the French toast with poached pear and the tostada. Both were delicious. However my husband had the breakfast with the braised ribs and potatoes with poached eggs, and that was my favorite. My daughter had the junior size platter so I swapped my French toast with her braised ribs breakfast and it was the perfect portion for me. Staff was friendly and helpful both days. In addition, the restaurant had an amazing view of the sunrise over the mountain which made for an even more relaxing and enjoyable

We waited 1.5 hours for breakfast... no condiments, we received the wrong number of drinks, the food was so so at best. We had two adults and two children, they gave us two napkins

Best Happy Hour in the Gorge,

Be sure to get their early because this place fills fast. Hubs and I get there at least once a month. We have had everything on their menu more than once. The pizza is still his favorite and I love the fish and chips. They serve a great Mojito but then all their cocktails are yummy.

For all the reviews and whiners....please. This place was fantastic. Great burger, amazing fish n chips and with 3 beers during happy hour the bill was $31. Fast service with everyone helping. Wish we could return more but we live in Cali. Next visit to HR we will though!

Nice upscale bar, with good service. Slight view of the river too, quiet, with good food. We had some craft cocktails that were good. We also stopped by in the morning for some bloody Mary's which were extra spicy just the way I like them.

Best. Place. Ever.
Their happy hour is unbeatable. The food and drinks are delicious and an absolute steal.
After 6pm, til pretty late (11 or 12 at night?) they have a late night menu with great choices - full meals to light bites.
Most of the time if I go late, it's the same guy with a beard who's the server and he's super nice, accommodating and on top of it with the service, but never hovers.

Cebu is the lounge within the Best Western Plus at Hood River. It also offers a food menu should you want something more casual than the Riverside restaurant

We've been coming to this BW property for years. It was nice to find that recent remodeling removed a wall so you can see the river while you have a pop (or two) and perhaps a sandwich.

I can give this a "3" based on my limited experience with Cebu but will add a star as it appears on par with the quality of the BW and Riverside.

Still one of the best happy hours in Hood River. Large portions, good selection, great prices and excellent staff, we had Renah tonight again, she is one of the best waitresses we have had at any establishment

Happy hour menu is okay, but it's actually just discounted food but the drinks seem normal price. Each person is supposed to have a drink so, then it doesn't seem like such a good deal. The food is good though although, one salad, one happy hour entry and a glass a wine comes out to $28 with tip.

Went here for a quick salad and drink after class. Quick service, and the waitress was very accommodating in letting us take stuff back to our room with plates and silverware to heat up left overs in our room.

The view is amazing. The service is amazing. The food is even MORE amazing! I went for Happy Hour two nights in a row and will most likely come again tomorrow. Cold drinks, served fast. You can't beat the happy hour here! Everyone is so friendly and efficient. The prices can't compare to anywhere else In town. I highly recommend it!

Small space, service was friendly but slow. The entertainment for the night was a piano player and sorry his notes were all off and his piano playing sounded like he was pounded every note. But hey...it's free entertainment so who cares, right? The food was big portions. I ordered the Bolognese and was surprised that the meat was almost the size of little meatballs instead of minced and blended into the sauce. My friend had the eggplant parmesan and said the eggplant was great but the sauce wasn't. It did not have much taste and tasted like an opened can of stewed tomatoes. The fried

Happy Hour amazing deals. Our server Kate was great (sweet, quick and attentive). I ordered house wine which was a very nice red blend of, pardon my spelling, Sangiovese & Dolcceto. Taste wasn't too dry and went along great with their pizza.
I got the tomato basil soup and they sprinkle parmigiana on top which I personally enjoyed but not everyone likes parm so heads up. They're calamari was really good and their dipping sauce had a spicy kick, yumm!
We tried the clams which were really good, and pepperoni pizza. Fish and chips were huge portions so I recommend sharing that plate

The food was fine - you pay for the gorgeous view, and our server was good (attentive and seemed to come by at a nice interval). But the complimentary bread came out before our drinks and one of our drinks came out 5 min before the other 2.
But the biggest issue was the rude, micromanaging manager who was there when we had lunch, and if I were in charge, I'd immediately fire her.
We asked if the deck was open since it was a rare gorgeous day, and were told "It's open, but you really shouldn't sit out there, 'cause it's about to rain. And it's not our fault if
