Lynnfield Commons location is very clean, well maintained, and convenient. The apartments are very spacious with great amenities. The apartment complex is decent, but my neighbors are very disrespectful. I had someone knock at our door at 1:30am and my daughter was watching tv and it scared her so badly she started crying, my apartment also smells like smoke, and sometimes weed. we have gotten several noise complains even though we are not loud. please maybe consider looking somewhere else.

I have live only lived here for a couple months and my apartment is constantly smelling like cigarettes or weed from my neighbors or it smells like feces coming through my window because people let their animals go to the bathroom outside by people's apartment windows. I've called and complained but according to their staff if I can't tell them who it is they'll just " look into it". I'm truly sick of waking up to my the smell of smoke in my apartment, it's causing me depression. I can't wait until my lease is up.

Not the greatest apartment building. I have COPD and I choose this complex due to their no tolerance on smoking policy however I have increasingly gotten worst because my neighbors have a cloud of weed on my floor. I have reported it several times to Sam and his responses tend be condescending. They have a high turn over in the leasing office for employees and I am beginning to understand why. I pay over 2k to have constant asthma attacks due to their lack of enforcing their own rules. I would not recommend them and I am currently looking for a new place. Very nice here,big change from revere,quiet and alot of things to do,and that means i should be on the treadmill every other day. the staff meaning caylan is very nice and helps me alot when i need it,she is a good person. Time will tell whats going to happen,just saying.. Beautiful swimming pool in the summer,gotta get out there. Beautiful apartments. 🦋🦋🤩🤩

I’ve been here for 3+ years. The complex is well maintained. The office staff will go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns. The negative reviews are unfortunate. Especially the one about the dog building. Pets are only allowed in one building. It sounds like the pet owners are the individuals at fault for the condition of the hallways of the building. Maintenance is efficient and friendly. They routinely check the apartments and in my experience, are fully responsible for any small or large needs.
