We had a flat tire in Georgetown, TX about 9:30pm on a Thursday night and the spare tire was not able to be used so we called Abba Towing and they towed our car about 14 miles and charged us $240.00 and claimed that was a discount. They took advantage of us. I would not recommend this company. I now have a roadside assistance plan so I will not get ripped off by crooks like this towing company again. I have learned my lesson.

They contract out their calls through 360 towing solutions. They initially quoted us $79. Once the vehicle is hooked up, they then inform you it will be another $95 to actually tow. Basically it's a hostage situation. Abba acts as if they are unaware of the charges or the quotes. They do not strive for excellence, honor or customer satisfaction! They leave their drivers in a lurch to deal with unsatisfied customers. No wonder why the 1st 10 miles are free, because they will rob you and hold your vehicle hostage!

These people are not honest at all..
Gave me a quote but charged me over $160 more than the quote. first time using their services and last time. funny enough I come to write a review and to my surprise its not the first time. not a good way to do business and still need my refund ASAP...will write this review as many time as possible until change comes. No honesty therefore no business

I had the same experience as everyone else. Price quoted not the end result cost. Be Aware!
The tow truck drive was horrible. He caused damage to my property and my vehicle all because he refused to park my vehicle appropriately. My neighbors were irate with us because it almost damaged their brand new fence.
I must commend the owner however. He was extremely patient and corrected the situation. I would've preferred a refund and offer to repair what was damaged by his employee.
I hope this company learns to treat people like people and provide the customer with professional and friendly

Car stalled in a parking lot. Called for a tow, was told it would cost $89 for a driver to come out and additional $ for the actual tow. Driver came out turned on the vehicle and it started. I was charged $99 instead of the $89 quoted. Didn’t look at my invoice until I got home. The receipt was blank but the $89 was scratched out and $99 was written in. I called the tow guy that afternoon he said to text him my information and he would email or text me an invoice. I text the following day was told he would send when he got back to the office. I was told on the phone it would be one charge. I gave the guy my card thinking it was the quoted price and he charged me $120 to jumpstart my car. I told him it was b.s. and the guy complained that he had to drive across town to help me. Don't use this one. If you're stuck call your insurance company if they're open and see if they can help you find someone.

I called this tow company after having my car breakdown for the second time in two days.
The first time it broke down the company I called was able to pick it up in a bad spot right off E Riverside and 35 by the Dog Park. It was tight spaces and hard to work around. The Driver was able to get my car loaded and get me moving within 15 minutes of starting the load.
I was charged $92 for their service.
I would have called this first tow company again had I remembered their name or number. Sadly I did not save it.

Its Friday and my only transportation is down and needs to get to dealership who are you going to call? well I was fortunate that thru BMW Roadside assistance I received a call from ABBA Towing. The driver took extra care with my bike and got me to Fun Woods Center in one piece. All within a more than reasonable amount of time. He even went out of the way to help me too. I am VERY VERY GRATEFUL for the service and the professionalism the driver offered.

Came out to give me a jump and cleaned the connectors for me when I couldn't get the bolts off. When it was determined that the battery was so far gone that it wouldn't last another start (died from a jump right before I called) he followed me to purchase and install another battery. Totally appreciated.
