Dont live here. My partner and I were given an apartment that was the storage unit before hand, and was not renovated like all the others, but charged the same for rent. We had multiple problems with leaks and water, and were never provided any compensation for our troubles. I once couldnt use my living room for 3 days because they tore out the ceiling to replace the balcony above. Nothing was wrong with said balcony, but they cited it as 'nessesary repairs'. They then charged us for thing they were going to remove/replace anyway for renovation after we moved out. The staff are nice enough, but

Lived here for a couple years, just moved out. Apartment flooded 4 times because of problems with the central air, tub faucet being faulty, and the dishwasher hose being connected improperly. Just got charged with the damages. Avoid like the plague, they will use you to bankroll the upgrades to the apartment they'll make after you leave to justify the ever-increasing rent. Just updated the 3 apartments around yours? They'll look for reasons to charge you so it cuts into their check less.

I would give 0 stars but there isn’t an option for that. This place is terrible, I had put in a request for maintenance to come and take a look at a leak I had. It took them 3 weeks so I had to keep a bucket under the leak when he finally came I wasn’t able to be home and had NUMEROUS items come up missing such as small electronics and money. I reported this to the office and they took it as a joke. I moved out shortly after there was an incident with two neighbors fighting and there was a gun involved not to mention the roach infestation from the neighbors downstairs. Absolutely horrid and

I toured this place because I had seen that it had good ratings. Apartments and the area are nice, plenty of room options available. Near the downtown so that's cool. Professional and friendly staff at the leasing office. I've moved in, and it has been great so far! Maybe a negative would be that there is a train that passes by at night sometimes and makes a lot of noise, but the rail trail near it is great for walking/running/biking. So yeah, I've been very satisfied with living here, definitely would recommend touring it to see how it is!

During a pandemic I was forced to move. Maintenance never came after submitting countless requests to fix the shower draining and the water leak in my ceiling. Village square is better. They have larger apartments with more utilities included. I’ve asked for help and patience since I didn’t get unemployment like everyone else. So I lost out on everything I owned. Sold what I could to eat but ultimately they wanted to stick me with a $3100 bill when I have no other options right now. Part of your lease are things that are none of their concern like the tags on your vehicles. They will charge
