I've lived in the Iowa City area for 5 years now, and this has been the best apartment living experience I've had. Rent is reasonable compared to everywhere in Iowa City proper, the property is right next to the mall and a few bus stops, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the property loves dogs. I've lived in an apartment and now a townhouse on this property, and I feel very at home. Stevie, the property manager never fails to make me feel welcome, and all of my issues are dealt with promptly. I recommend this property to my friends whenever they mention wanting to move to Coralville

After 6 years of living with no issues in various apartments, my roommates and I can agree that this place was the biggest headache we've ever had to deal with. Despite (successfully) bribing us to move out- due to one of the roommates being late a couple days on rent- we always had the amount paid in full and took care of our place very well. Prior to this- we had requested a few things to be fixed that never got done, we were told we would get a new sink upon re-signing the first lease, which was never given to us, and our place was missing several amenities that we were promised to have. Just moved in yesterday! It is a very friendly community, pretty quiet. My unit seems just fine there are little problems such as being dusty around windows, vents, my part of the yard the grass are gone. But… hoping they will fix that and make the front yard look a little more nicer! Management and staffs are nice and pretty fast at responding back. I would've given a 5* if the windows and vents were clean and the yard!

I just moved into Hampton at Coral Ridge this past spring and I have absolutely loved it! The current manager and maintenance crew are fabulous! Other residents are friendly and give off a real community vibe! I also love the fact that there is a private dog park on-site and personal garden plots! I highly recommend renting from Hampton at Coral Ridge!!

We loved living at HCR for 3 years. We moved to another city, but we wish we were back! This property is well cared for and well managed. They use facebook to post occasional updates and that is also my preferred way to contact them for requests. They respond promptly to maintenance requests (our refrigerator broke and we had a new one within 2 hours... ridiculous). The dog park is awesome. We made a lot of friends while hanging out there, and so did our dog.
The apartments are nice (though the kitchen cabinetry is outdated in a lot of units). The best feature is the huge closets and we loved
