Steve finley (not capitalizing his name because he is not even worthy of that) lacks any semblance of human decency. He exhibits an unparalleled level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and arrogance. I would think a man of his age (gray hair and decaying teeth) should have had enough time by now to catch up on basic human manners.
Let it be known that no man has ever spoken to me with such unwarranted and blatant disrespect like steve. Beyond disgusting and pathetic. Never have I ever seen a "man" carry himself in such a poor manner like steve. He is too grown to be yelling and starting argument

They don’t treat the customer good, moreover, they don’t trust people who live in the apartments. And if you have any problems they don’t come in time to help.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for the pleasant stay I’ve had with my family in the Pheasant Ridge Apartment I rented from you. I lived there from 2014 to 2018, during that time, I was a full time college student with kids and a part time worker, I managed to graduate from school and to find a full time job. Because the rent was subsidized based on my income, which was awesome.
You have been by the far, the best landlord to rent from. You always made sure to respond promptly to maintenance requests at the apartment and provided the best services, you kept the apartment clean

If you care about your safety or your property, Avoid Pheasant Ridge, Westwinds Drive and that whole part of town. It is full of nothing but criminals and deadbeats. It is the cities sewer system

Really Some relatives told me that if I''m a FULL time student i wouldn't be eligible to get a rental assistant!!! and any one who has a rental assistant with pheasant ridge can't take a Full credit in the university!! of course an other shape of discrimination, because the majority population who live there are Black and Muslim Community and that's why they set this kind of pad rules.
I would be glad to heard from management if i said some thing wrong...
I hope to see America free of discrimination.. God save America

We were suffering so much that my children’s were scared from a lot of the cockroaches.
The air conditioning and heating system were so annoying and so loud that it awakens us at night.
Also, the most important thing is that the manager and his staff are dealing with the residents in a very harsh and cruel manner.

We are getting SICK of your ppl jumping the fence..doing damage to it that WE had to pay $2000 to have repaired last year. The fence is along the parking lot of the 2510 building next to petsel place and also connects with it. We are NOT paying to have it fixed again. My only regret is that these ppl are not out in the country..because IF they were caught trespassing..they would be shot!!!!!!!
UPDATE"
The fence is going to have anti climb paint put on it this spring, so the fun & games of vandalism & trespassing are going to come to an end. Your ppl will be doing it at their own risk. We have
