If you are new to the city and trying to balance work and a social life or a busy working mom/dad we have several packages to fit any schedule and budget. We have Group Training Sessions in the AM and PM as well as Private Training Sessions throughout the day. Many find the initial step is one of the most difficult in starting the journey to reaching your fitness goals.
At the age of 18, Chris began his fitness career coaching HS soccer and instructing youth sports camps. After college Chris worked briefly as a PE teacher, managing classrooms of 50+ middle school students. MacKenzie (Coach MacK) has been a proud member of the Hustle Fitness team since 2017. By day, she is a clinical psychologist but by night/weekend, she coaches and teaches yoga at HF.
New Year's Resolutions rarely stick, but I was dedicated to completing mine finishing a full marathon in 2011. Chris and I were set up because he's run a marathon, and that first session was the best blind date I've ever been on. I didn't want to work with Chris to lose weight, and I was very clear about it.

I really love working out at Hustle. I have gotten so much stronger and things I thought would always cause me pain (I chalked it up to age) are not painful. I am undeniably more fit and healthier. I really like the small group personal training. It’s personalized, it’s great meeting some other members, it’s just a few other people so I feel safe working out there (and they take all precautions), and it’s a really economical way to get personalized workouts with a trainer.

I love Hustle ! I’ve been a member going on two years. I first was interested in HF because the classes were only 30 minutes long. I was so over cardio based classes and was looking for mainly strength building. Hustle incorporates both! I am so much stronger and more toned than when I first came to Hustle. They provide small in person classes (COVID, or not) - which I LOVE I’m not fighting people for space. And if you don’t feel comfortable attending in person, they have online classes!

My cousin took me to my first class this past Saturday and I loved it (and am still sore!). In a quick 30-minute class, we did several different circuits with strengthening and cardio exercises. The instructor was helpful, informative, and enthusiastic. All in all, the class had great energy, great music and never felt repetitive. I really like the Hustle structure and definitely recommend it to others!

I absolutely LOVED Hustle!! I went there multiple times a week for seven months before I moved away. It's an outstanding community with excellent trainers and participants. My sister and I got in the best shape of our lives. I'm the size I was at 15 years old now! Chris is an amazing owner who will work with you to meet your goals and manage a plan that works for you. Let's be honest - it's easy to get stuck in a rut and do the same thing over and over again on our own. And even if we know what we are doing and switch it up every so often, maybe we don't venture outside of our comfort zone to get the results we actually deserve. Hate squats, lunges and burpees? I don't live in the City, but Chris The owner of hustle fitness designed for me a remote meal and workout plan, he also included in my package 1 on-site training session. It's been going great I have lost 14 pounds in 2 months. Today I went in for my September session and had Lauren as my trainer. Hooray Hustle! Hustle is an amazing place to be! The workouts are approachable (and fun!) , the people are super cool, and it works!! I've only been going a few weeks and am already seeing results. I'm in town for a few days and wanted to get a solid workout in. Happened to come across Hustle Fitness and signed up on a whim. Best decision. Super friendly, and yet incredibly motivating. Clear workouts, with instruction. The people were great, the facility was clean and had great equipment. I will definitely return when I am in town again! Would highly recommend if your a local!

Chris the owner is a down to earth guy that really knows his stuff and understands fitness.
I am a 44 real old woman who is not athletic and have never really worked out until recently. The thought of having a place to begin to work on strength and flexibility sounds amazing but daunting.
Hustle takes the stress out of it, making it easy in that beginning stage of trying to get fit.
I found that the 30 min group training classes really work for me, it's over before I can get tired, and usually I have accomplished more than expected.

I'm very happy I ran into Chris at a local chamber event! Before joining Hustle I was going to one of the big box gyms without much direction or motivation. I would do cardio then wander into the weight area, see how packed it was and call it a night. If I was lucky and it wasn't packed I would do the same exercises I always did without much improvement. If you are like I was then give Hustle a try. No two classes are alike and the instructors could not be more welcoming! You can vary the intensity based on your capabilities, so don't feel like you must already be in decent shape

I've been a member at Hustle Fitness since February 14, 2016 (I remember because they pulled me in for a Valentine's day special). I honestly figured I'd do the 2 week special and then call it quits but I am still happily a member over a year later. I have been struggling with my weight for a while and as someone who spent over 5 years working in the fitness industry, I had access to the best trainers in Chicago and no reason not to look amazing.
