Horrible service. I called for a flatbed at 520 and was told it would take 45min. I called again at 550 and was told the driver had just been dispatched at 545 and it should only be 20-30min now. I didn't get a truck until 650 and it wasn't a flatbed for my all wheel drive. Now my bank is fighting them for the cancellation fee they charged me.

Towing itself was fine. Issue was we had made an appointment to have the car towed (it was on a side street so we could schedule). Showed up an hour late (never knew there could be so many "he will be there in 5-10 minutes" in an hour. Big issue we had agreed to a price when he called but driver charged us $80 more. When we questioned it, the driver rudely demanded the extra $80 and made it clear we wouldn't get the car back without the extra $80.

Martin C was professional at all times. He is a very cautious driver. I was impressed by his skills. He has a lot of experience and took the time to not only help me but also educate me about my car and what to do if something goes wrong. This morning I woke up to my company car not starting. I found the first tow company that Google provided me with. Within less than 30 minutes a service man help me change my battery. Really nice individual I believe his name was Guy. Altogether took total of an hour to change everything out.

Not sure how Google gave them above 4 stars. Fake reviews. Avoid if possible absolutely. Dispatcers are liars and crooks. They said pick up an hours. Over 3 hours did not come. They say you can not cancel services or you will be charge $50.as other people have complained. Very shady. Avoid as possible.

I called the 800-600-0676 and asked a simple question if they impounded vehicles and this lady answered "no" and immediately hung up on me at 12:18PM on 06/24/2019. This company needs better customer service. What if in the future I wanted to call this company? Now I'm gonna remember forever to not call them because they had horrible customer services.

After a disastrous experience with a different tow company that kept saying they were on the way and left me stranded for 3 hours.. I called Toro Road Runners at 11:30pm. Their front desk was so helpful and they had someone there to help me in 15 minutes! The driver was so helpful, nice, and professional. Toro really helped me out!

My battery died in my car well after midnight in my friend's apartment complex parking lot. I called Toro and they had driver out to me within the hour of my initial call. I was assisted by Chris who was very friendly and helpful to me. Chris is the man! I felt like he was my savior in the middle of the night to make sure I got home safely. Amazing service! Dispatch team was extremely helpful and the driver was the best ever. I was in a very hard area to find (San Pablo Reservoir) but he took his time to find it, called me to keep me updated on this ETA. He has the car loaded in mins and we were off. He was extremely careful with my car, drove really well. We had a great conversation all the way to San Jose. Unloading the car at the shop and parking it in safe location was handled professionally. Highly recommend Toro Road Runners.

Yesterday I got a flat tire and because I don't have a spare I needed a tow truck to tow me to a tire place to have it repaired. i called Toro Road Runners and ordered the tow. i was told on the phone that I needed to secure the truck with a credit card and it would be a $45 dollar cancellation fee if I canceled the truck. The car was on the corner of Lakeshore Ave and Bolden Way in Oakland CA.

The driver Ben showed up on time which was approximately 15min after ordering the tow for a company vehicle. We had a 40min drive together to the drop destination and had great friendly conversation to make the time go by faster. His driving was safe and the tow cab was kept clean. He was very quick and thorough loading the vehicle as well as unloading the vehicle. I usually don’t write a review on companies but this one was worth mentioning as I found it the best tow experience i have ever had in my 40yr lifetime. They took super long to get there, despite the 30 min guarantee and jump started my car in 1 min & charged me an astronomical amount of money when they LIED by not staying within the 30 min.
