Beautiful community that feels like it’s in the middle of nature. Love the trail, gym, clubhouse, smart locks, and spacious closets. It’s also cool that you have the opportunity to have your own garden or take your dog to the dog park! Always see groups of kids playing together outside like the good old days.

My boyfriend and I have been living at this complex for only a month now but so far have had an amazing experience! We have been desperate coming from our old apartment which was not taken care of by our landlord in the months we lived there in a horrible area. Ever since then we have been extremely careful with our next place so we can call something home. Jaeson in the leasing office has been the absolute best of help through the process from applying to weeks of waiting to finally move in. He was there to answer our questions and was never unsure of anything we asked as he knew we were anxious

I love my new apartment in Waterford. The neighborhood is quite and family friendly. The office workers are understanding and willing to work with you . You can ask them anything and they are happy to answer. The apartments are clean and alot of room to comfortable. Their club house is beautiful and is a nice place to just relax at. I would highly recommend Waterford to live at.
