No restrooms at Gym! No Security outside business hours. Due to my work re location Had to end my lease early gave them 30 days notice. Reported me to a collection agency for a months rent because the couldn’t find someone to lease my apartment and ruined my credit for 5 years😡

Come and spend your hard money there. They lies, so very much. They say that no smoking but that is only for black people cause I complain a million times that my neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes in the breeze way, instead they sent a 14 notice for me to leave when Me and my husband don’t even smoke cause I have asthma Nd our youngest asthmatic as well. I have to run up stairs or downstairs cause ppl smoking weed right there on their porch

Amenities is very poor. They promised us to do maintenance and it's already a year, nothing happened.

Maintenance is great and deserves a 5 star rating. Management is poor. When I complain about the loud music next door management does nothing even though it is against the lease to play loud music that disturbs others. This has been an ongoing problem. When I first moved in 4 years ago the previous manager dealt with this effectively but when the present manager took over she will not. She tells me if it's after 10PM call the police. I cannot sit or have company at my dinning table. It gets so bad my walls shake. There are others in this building much younger than this person who are so respectful
