I could always remember the strong herb smell from my mom's clothes, especially, after she arrived home from working at the hospital in Beijing China. At that time, I was just a little girl, who had no idea that one day she could also become an oriental medicine practitioner. I am a believer in complementary medicine, using the philosophies of both Western and Eastern Medicines.
Therefore, combining my background of being a Registered Nurse and studying Chinese medicine, I have been helping my patient to achieve their therapeutic goals. After two and a half years of continuing TCM education, Dr. Wensi Xu achieved her Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2018.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Wensi Xu. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I had been tossed around from Dr. to Dr. no one really listening to me and dismissing my symptoms. After one session with her she validated everything I was experiencing. Dr. Wensi Xu is beyond amazing! She is kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. This is what health, wellness, and medicine is supposed to feel like. Every time I meet with Dr. Xu I feel seen and heard, in a way I have never felt with other providers. I have multiple chronic health issues and spent years trying to get quality care and relief without making much progress. I am so happy that I finally found Pure Point Acupuncture. Wensi is Terrific! She applied her in-depth knowledge of Chinese medicine and her training as a medical professional RN to my assessment. The result was a personalized treatment that included acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to heal and recenter my body! Western medicine wasn’t enough.
