THE WORST INSURANCE EVER !!! TAKE YOU THROUGH PURE HELL TO GET WHAT YOU NEED TO BE DONE, DONE ! TRANSPORTATION IS AWFUL LEFT ME STRANDED MULTIPLE TIMES DONT EVEN CALL TO WARN YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FRIENDLY VERY RUDE THEY’LL JUST HANG UP IN YOUR FACE. BEWARE. My son has a genetic condition and has never had a problem getting his most important medication until we switched to Simply. They have denied authorizations from multiple hospitals and medical providers, they completely ignore appeals, and no one will ever call you back (and claim they did). The only phone number given is member services and ironically no one can help, not even supervisors. My child is in pain DAILY because I am waiting on someone to do their job. I will be switching insurance and this is anything but "healthcare".

They're great on the insurance side of things but their transportation is lacking. They might be contracting, but it's so difficult getting transport from them especially if my mom's appointments are in the afternoon. Just today they couldn't be reached when she was ready to go home. They need to do better.

I USED TO LIVE IN Dade County and my emergency co-payment was $25.00 DOLLARS and never paid for my diabetis medicine ,i moved to Broward County and my emergency co-payment is $75.00 And my diabetis medicine is $140.00 a month when i contact Simply they told me that Simply think that people that live in Broward has a better economy ,so Gloria Estefan pay less than me and im a retired person

Probably the worst insurance you can have. I’m currently pregnant, and while their website has SO many options on who takes their insurance for OB care, unfortunately the website is incorrect, and the ONLY group that now takes this insurance is AdventHealth who’s absolutely horrible. Simply hasn’t paid out for any of my care over the last two years, and hasn’t paid for any of my daughter’s pediatric appointments either (which every doctor we’ve been to, DOES accept Simply) saying that these groups aren’t authorized by them; yet, they turn around and consistently send me letters stating

Website lists providers that do not accept our plan, even after selecting to only see in-network providers. Doctors have suddenly pulled out of accepting Simply Healthcare, and the updates still haven't registered on the website. Website makes does not explain difference between Florida Healthy Kids and Simply Healthcare, or even explain that there is a difference. Had to call Medicaid, pry and ask several different questions to figure out what's going on.

Very disappointed by Simply. My family member who is 80 was in the hospital for approx.. 10 days, then it was transferred to a Select Specialty Hospital for continue care and therapy, she has being in bed for 30 days now and she needs good continue rehabilitation Simply denied the transfer to an Acute Rehabilitation claiming that she will not be able to do it and instead want to send her to a skill nursing where we all know that they have the worse care. Simply is denying an opportunity for her to be better. Skill nursing homes are cheaper than Acute rehabs.
