This place is a joke, I only gave a star because I have to, otherwise I would give none!
This is the worst bill pay place even! I feel like I have to run them down to pay them. NO ONE is ever answering the phones, it’s always a automated system and “leave a message we will call you back” you press zero for the operator and the phone cuts off! It’s been one full week and I am still waiting for a call back and it’s been 3 full business days and no reply to my email. However, They were quick to send me a legal letter for $100.00 but slow on the draw to collect their money!

This company should be banned from working with any hospital facility. They are completely unorganized, rude, and incompetent. Worst thing is you don't have a choice but to deal with them.
I was making payments on time and when I went to make my final payment I called and was told I don't owe anything, I insisted I did and the girl claimed to check the account number and verified I owed nothing. Skip to over a year later and they are now sending me to collections for the final payment with absolutely no warning and no option to pay before they reported to my FICO score. This company is criminal

Paid a medical bill to them after several threatening letters because they said they would report the bill to the credit bureau. I could never get a clear understanding what the bill was for, just that it was service is not covered by my insurance for my sons hospital stay. My insurance said they covered everything and there was no remaining balance. I had to pay this bill to preserve my credit. I later learned that this is an illegal practice - it’s called balance billing. I have contacted them several times to request a refund for the bill I paid and now I cannot get any response. Absolutely

I first want to say I usually let bad experiences go, because I give people second chances. I don''t jump to write a bad review EVER actually.
But this definitely called for.....We booked our first appointment 7 months ago with Dr. Baquero. That was the earliest they had. So we waited patiently for the diagnosis of our child for 7 months. They cancelled that appointment on us. Then rescheduled for a date in May. That appointment was then changed to the following day. So on the final appointment day, they called and said, "I'm sorry, we can't do your time slot anymore". We have to reschedule AGAIN

My only interaction with this business (also doing business under "Emergency Pediatric Services") came in the form of a legally threatening letter, stating I hadn't paid a medical bill. Not knowing what they were talking about, I called them and had to leave a voicemail. A week later I received an invoice with no physician's name and an incorrect date of service listed. I had to call my medical insurance to see if these people were even legitimate because at that point I assumed they were either 1) The most unprofessional medical billing service in existence, or 2) a scam. Unfortunately for anyone

These people tried putting me into collections despite my constant calling to discuss my payment options with them. Their employee only called me back when I left a nasty voicemail. I gave them my credit card info to make monthly payments and they ignored that & just charged the total to my card. Awful customer service.

I had a 2:00 pm appointment as a new patient. Everybody knows filling forms takes at least 15 minutes. Because of that I went to the office 30 minutes early. They said they are in lunch. It is ok, I said just give me the paperwork. They said no they can't because of lunch time. Again it is ok. But after that, She opened the window at 1:58 pm. That mean is we could be together with the doctor earlier at 2:30 pm, which is unacceptable. If I have appointment at 2:00 pm I have to be with the doctor at 2:00 pm period. I cancelled my appointment right away in that minute and walked away from their office
