We ran into Heather when she was the seller of a property we were interested in. Our realtor failed to show up. She offered to show us some other properties since the one we were interested in had multiple offers, and a cash offer. It was a sellers market, and everything was selling in days and going for $5000-$15, 000 over asking price which I have never seen in tucson.
