If you need orthodontic work, you can't go wrong with Hudson River Orthodontics. Dr. Mathew and his entire staff are warm, friendly and comforting. My daughter had an expander and braces (retainer now) and her smile is perfect (woohoo!). They explained everything every step of the way AND even though we moved to Connecticut, they were accommodating with Saturday orthodontic care. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary dentist!
We started my son's treatment with Dr. Saju a few years ago, after the first orthodontist we saw said that two of my son's teeth had to be pulled out to create space for his canines to come down.
Dr. Saju had a different opinion. He was able to move my son's canines down without needing to pull out any surrounding teeth. Dr. Saju was able to achieve that result within a few months using a special device during the pre-braces stage. After the space for the canines was created, Dr. Saju worked up his magic with the rest of my son's teeth during the braces stage.

I was referred by my dentist to have my Invisalign done at Hudson River Orthodontics with Dr. Saju Matthew. He corrected my teeth crowding and bite issues with precision and care. I'm very happy with the final result after about one year of treatment and refinement. The facility is clean and well organized, and the staff members from the front-desk to the clinicians are all so friendly and caring. Appointment booking and rescheduling is smooth. I also appreciate the extra COVID-19 safety measures in place during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 when I started this journey. It made me feel extra safe

You could not ask for more from Dr Mathew’s orthodontic practice. The entire office is run like a well-oiled machine. He and his staff are readily available and interested in addressing any questions or concerns you might have about your child’s orthodonture. Dr Mathew himself has a gentle and attentive bedside manner, can effectively quell anxious parents and kids, shares best options for addressing your kid’s needs, and then tops it all off by giving excellent patient care. Plus, all the numerous follow-up appointments you’ll inevitably need to make to monitor your kid’s care are handled

Hudson River Orthodontics is the best Orthodontics in the city. They take great care of each of their patients, are super kind and have phenomenal service. I have been using Hudson River Orthodontics for 10 year and they have always helped with any problems and have given me and my family amazing smiles. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my orthodontic care. If I could I would give them six stars.

Best Orthodontist in NYC! We have been with Hudson River Orthodontics since 2015. Dr. Mathews is the nicest and kindest Doctor we know. He guided my daughter every step of the way from her early on expanders to braces, and now retainers. He and all the staff members (which are fantastic also) have made the visits fun and pain-free as well as quick and easy. We had the best experience there!
