Do not even bother to try and live. The office managers don't care about anything that goes on and will just ignore you for months on end just praying that you will move out so that they don't have to do their job. Doesn't matter how many times you call the police or make noise complaints nothing ever gets done

Rent goes up every year anywhere from $20-$40. I'm currently living here going on 5 years no carpet cleaning nor has it been replaced. I'm sure it hasn't been replaced in a while now. I was told the apartments had justed been remodeled when I first moved in, but I don't think that was the case for my apartment. Carpet was already pretty damaged when I moved in and it's just getting worse.

Pros - cool brick wall. Has a nice pool and little park, small apartments but has a homey feeling after being there a while. Nice flowers surround the buildings. The maintenance men deserve 5/5 stars. We never waited to get anything fixed, they always came as soon as they could. They were unbelievably friendly and I will miss them for sure!!! Current managers are very kind. She fixed any and all issues she could and is working to make it a safer place! She really cares about the residents and area.

Constantly changing property managers and each one is nastier then the next. Its almost like it has to be a required qualification to get the job, to be mean and suspicious of your tenants. The only good thing i can say, is the maintenance men are very nice and they work hard. Will never rent from PLK ever again. Thank you

I rented from Brixworth Apartments for 4 years. Part of the reason I decided not to renew my lease is because they got a new complex manager, Krystal, the last 6 months I lived there. She was HORRID. She never handled paperwork I sent in for my emotional support animal, was rude and inconsiderate any time I called to discuss anything, and refused to email because she didn’t want a record of her terrible business ethics in writing. I left my apartment discouraged and completely disgusted. She sent me a bill after moving out for nearly $700. When I called to dispute the charges, Krystal hung up

WORST APPLICATION PROCESS EVERRRRRRRRR!!!! KRYSTAL IS THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE. SHE IGNORED ME FOR DAYS, SAID I NEED A W-2, STUBS AND MY LICENSE. THESE LADIES ARE SNAKES FOR APP FEES AND NEVER TELL YOU THERE IS A CREDIT CHECK AND MAKE YOU WAIT DAYS UPON DAYS BEFORE TELLING YOU THAT YOU WERE DENIED BECAUSE THEY RAN YOUR CREDIT BUT THE PROBLEM IS I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF A CREDIT CHECK BEING A REQUIREMENT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROBABLY WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY OPEN ROOMS AND HORRIBLE REVIEWS. I WASN'T THE FIRST AND I WON'T BE THE LAST COMPLAINT OR BAD REVIEW. I WORK

They will sue you MONTHS after you move out for things that weren't wrong. Brixworth and PLK community will not return your deposit either. They do not follow their own contract and will extort every cent from you.
Charged us to replace the locks and water damage from the apartment above months later.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!! Absolutely terrible. I wish I could give them lower than one star. The office is never open so when you try to pay rent and they aren't there it's your fault. $75 late fee. They are rude and inconsiderate. Money hungry people with nothing to offer you. They love to tack on extra fees for nothing. When I moved in they gave me a key that didn't even work and made me pay $50 for a replacement. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance people, the two men are super friendly and helpful. I wish they worked somewhere more fitting.
