I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I received a violation because my significant other spends the night on Fridays and apparently they say that it is against policy... When I singed my lease I was told no one was allowed to stay past 14 consecutive days and giving them example that if I have family come down they are limited two weeks max, however now they went back and told me no that you can only have someone spend the night twice a month and that’s it or you will get kicked out because that’s consider them living there... so if you have children that have their friend spend the night on the weekends or

I'm having the absolute most problems getting help with the parking issue (noise is still a problem after hours too). If my visitors can, will and do comply with parking in the visitor parking area, why can't my neighbors visitors do likewise? Notifications that aren't specifically addressed aren't respected. I just spoke with the office mgr. about this issue on yesterday and she said she'd handle it but when I got home last night, my downstairs neighbors still had not only one but two guests parked in the resident parking area. DO NOT waste your time moving into this upscale looking project!!
