Nasty place!!! It is full of roaches, roaches and more roaches. The outside is very trashy!!! Heavy TRAFFICIKING is unbelievable. It is very loud and noisy. Police don't do anything when you call them. I recommend DO NOT rent from this place at all, if you do you will regret it!!!! I don't even recommend 1 star..........although I had to click one star in order to post this comment... zero stars for me.

I live in the Pines and I love it.I see a lot of bad reviews.but if these nasty women have the small children taking trash to the dumpster and they drop trash every where.what do u look for but trash.if u live here help keep it clean outside.I pick up trash around my building all the time.because I live there and I don’t like where I live to be nasty.so stop downing the complex.it’s the nasty ppl that live in it.I been here for 10 years and never had a problem with nothing.no roachs no nothing.🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

Wow, looks like the bad reviews are still the same experience I had 10-11 years ago when I was stationed there. The first year was great. The ladies in the front office, Joy and I can't remember the other lady's name, were on top of things. When they left in 2009, the place went down FAST! I went home to Texas on leave(vacation) Summer of 2009 and came back to dried blood on my porch area, cockroack infestation, and unruly children. I lived on the third floor. Had a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with vaulted ceiling. But I started fighting the biggest cockroaches ever EVERYDAY! I moved as soon as

Just moved out after 4 years to be closer to a new job. Loved living here, the area wasn't great and people trashed the outsides often but the office and maintenance did what they could and I loved the inside of my apartment. My AC broke the first summer and maintenance fixed it that same day. Had an issue with the toilet last year and got a replacement immediately. The office staff was always friendly and helpful especially Angela, she's really helped turn the apartments around. Pest control comes pretty much every month which wasn't always fun because I worked nights and had to get up in the

Great Place for Me (I really need to get into the on-site gym...it's fully stocked,and inviting!) Great and safe place for my grandaughter(Security cameras,yesss!
