Rented for 2 1/2 years. Renewed my lease by email during pandemic. Never received any notice that I didn’t renew. I even called to inquire why I had not received a renewal in April/May timeframe. Told me my original manager had left company. Never received call back until 6 months after that call I received a form letter stating my lease had expired 1 1/2 years ago. I could renew or go month to month on approval of owner. If he doesn’t approve I have to move in 30 days. My husband had a stroke 3 years ago & just had an ablation the week before. So, for neglecting when my lease was due & I guess

The application states that one year of rental history is required. Great, We have 6 years. We were approved but only to be told that the owner of the home would not accept our rental history. Annoying but okay. So we tried for another. Only to be told again that our application was being filed away because no one will accept our rental history because it is from family. In which I’m not sure where they received that information from because they never called and verified our rental history with our landlord. So our application was not processed correctly. So obviously this is their grand scheme

Bob will tell you to check your credit score on Credit Karma. Beware of this scam. "You may be surprised and find your score is higher than you think," he'll say. I told Bob and another person at Realty Masters how bad my credit was. They said if it's close to 600 they may be able to work with me. Guess what? Credit Karma did surprise me. I had a 660+ and my wife had a 597. Realty Masters also said that they would keep our application on file for 30 days and if we don't get approved for one place, we can switch our application to another place. Taking Bob's and his colleague's advice, I checked

First, I'd like to point out that my wife and I were military when transferring to Pensacola, so it was stressful finding decent housing in a short period of time. Secondly, I'd like to thank Mrs. Becky Jones and her team at Realty Masters for not only making it EASY and QUICK to get the ball rolling, but also FAIR when dealing with any/all maintenance issues and just about anything.
