I lived here from AUG20 to DEC21. The apartment was easily the best I've ever lived in. I had a corner unit, 1 bed 1 bath on the top floor. Extremely clean, new appliances, and quick maintenance request turnarounds made living there a breeze. I honestly never had issues with the apartment, neighbors, or management.
Easy commute to little creek and moderate commute to oceana navy base. No road noise and awesome views of the marina.

We moved in to our two bedroom overlooking the Marina end of July and love it. Huge adjustment for us as we downsized but couldn’t be happier. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly and helpful to us newbies!! Loving the amenities and the quiet.
My only suggestion moving forward that the crepe myrtles lining the marina be pruned as they are becoming top heavy and dangerously close to the building that if a hurricane or nor’easter came through, it could be destructive. Pruning would fill them out and although they do not block our view, I’m sure the second floor would be happy to see some

I live in Apt 415 and I love the Pearl at Marina Shores! It’s the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Community location is amazing next to the beach and water with docks and a tasty restaurant. The office team is literally the best apartment community team I have ever worked with. They are polite, kind, and always willing to support residents’ needs. Kathleen, Payton, and Ashley have been amazing in the front office. Living at the pearl was the best apartment living I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in 8 different renting spaces/complexes and this was beyond the best of them all. Not only are the amenities beautiful and well maintained, the staff are wonderful and personable. Even during the move out process, they did everything they could to ensure we were taken care of. I will miss living there tremendously and would encourage any of my friends to choose the Pearl for their Virginia home!

This an update to a previous review about The Pearl at Marina Shores. It's been 8 months since I moved here and I still love it! I've watch this place become more beautiful each day. I've seen the Signature Management Team grow, and get better everyday. From the Leasing Management Office to the Maintenance Team, everyone and everything is first class. Kathleen ROCKS! She is so helpful and attentive regardless of how chaotic things may be. If you have a question or need help with something, really everyone in the office (Kay, Peyton, or Jenny) are there to help.

I've lived here for a while now and I'm absolutely thrilled. I look forward to coming home and relaxing every day. The property is beautiful. The units are beautiful. Attention to detail by all staff is remarkable. All questions or concerns are addressed immediately. The community is very pet friendly and a dog park is soon to be added for even more convenience. The beach is within walking distance so I take my dog there frequently to get exercise. The Pearl really is the finest community I've found in Hampton Roads. Lots of apartment communities call themselves luxury apartments, but The Pearl

I moved here late August. There was still a lot of construction, however I love living here - aside from having a wonderful third floor 2 BR apt, boasting 1353 sqft, my balcony faces the Marina. The apartment is super spacious, and allows for tons of storage with the deep high hallway closets. Each bedroom has two closets, and a attached bathroom. The community is diverse in demographics for families, seniors, empty nesters, and Military and Veteran friendly. Let's not forget it's also very pet friendly. I absolutely love the coastal decor and colors throughout the entire complex. The Pearl Staff
