Horrible customer service. Not helpful when problems within the house arise. No communication. Call and ask the same question 5 times and get 5 different answers. Doesn't send anyone out for maintenance. worst rental company in southern Oregon.

HORRIBLE!
Do not rent from these people, especially if you are younger! They will take advantage of you, take your money, and give you a inhabitable home. They also do not clean their rentals before new residents move in! We moved into our apartment and the carpets were nasty, the paneling was falling off the walls. Our bathroom has had issues since day one and they say they “fix” it every time for it to not be fixed. They also would not do a walk through with us of our apartment due to “Covid” not even a video tour! Stupid on us, but we needed a place.

Nice people, but they don’t know how to get the job done. Been waiting to move into my apartment for a month now. They didn’t call or text me to tell me we were accepted into the apartment. I have to call ten times just for them to pick up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

I gave it to stars because the homes and apartments they rent out are always needing repairs. The repairs service they have sucks, they take forever to fix it,and always have Excuses why they can't do it. The rent in some cases is cheap. And that's good for the family's that work really hard and pay check to pay

Listen to the other negative reviews..we applied for a rental and was told we would receive a phone call the next day and 7 days later we still had not received a call and even tried calling them twice a day and never had our calls answered. 8 days later our call was finally answered and we were told a letter was mailed to us. 😅

They will not fix anything that is wrong with your place my sink has been leaking for over a year. My heater is as loud as an airport and kicks on while ac is running.they do not care about tenants

This is my first experience with a rental management so of course I had heard some bad stories and was nervous. They have been so kind and professional. They refused to take an application fee until they knew they had a place for me to apply for. I got a place right away and even changed my mind a few times and they just went with it. Any time I’ve needed something for the house, they have been on top of it and flexible with my work schedule. Highly recommend this rental agency!

They are literally slum lords. They be quick to evict you if your late on rent (which I’ve never been) and will not fix anything. And if you get them to work on stuff they hire somebody that doesn’t know what they’re doing to do a half fast job. Have had neighbor issues since I moved it which is a tenant cutting 2 other tenants power which is illegal but they won’t to a thing about it. They are the worst property management in town for a reason.. I would highly suggest not doing any business with them.

As a home owner who used them to rent out my house while I lived on the other side of the country, they were wonderful! Lavonda was always very personable and professional and called me if there were ever any concerns for maintenance. I never had any issues with getting placement in the home as I had two longterm tenants over the 5 years I rented it. They took an extra large deposit with high risk tenants and made sure everything was up to par with inspections, retrieving funds from tenants and mailing rental checks and tax information to me in a timely manner. I am writing this review in hopes of getting someone's attention because I have tried everything else....
I recently moved from AZ for a new job and flew out for one day in hopes to find a place to live. We got approved for a place, signed the lease and paid our deposit ASAP. In our lease it stated that the owner would be paying electric, gas, and water, and that we were responsible for trash. We moved in and THREE MONTHS go by before I call about a question unrelated to the lease. I find out I need to come in and sign an addendum because we are responsible for the utilities and the original lease
