A glowing review for Bella Smile. My daughter became a patient in 2015 patient and had spacers and braces starting at the very end of 1st grade. She has work her nighttime retainers religiously since 4th grade and now has a perfect smile in the 7th grade. During my daughter's treatment, Dr Bella mentioned that she could fix my smile. My teeth had become completely mid aligned after two rounds of braces when I was a teenager, and a faulty permanent wire. She knew I would be a challenging case, but acknowledged she could fix my teeth with a 12-18 month course of treatment.

It's clear from the response of Bella Shen Garnett to this review that she didn't read it carefully. I opted for Invisalign retainers since they are superior - not those made by the office. (I refused the physical impressions and the technician took the digital ones for Invisalign instead). Why would someone buy retainers made from physical impressions when they can get them made from (much more accurate) digital impressions? This is a prime example of the rushed experience and lack of attention to detail you will receive at this office. I believe that some teeth weren't moving because

UPDATE: Since my review below, I bumped up my rating a star. I personally got a call from Dr.Bella soon thereafter. She answered all my questions, apologized for the below, & was going to address some of the issues with the staff. I was not expecting a call personally from her that same day, as it was around 8p! This showed me how much she truly cares for her patients.

We had the most incredible customer service last Thursday at Bella Smile. Shalina is simply the best. She had helped me make a bunch of appointments for my son and daughter, and I brought my son in on the wrong day for his appointment to get new retainers (totally my fault because the office sends calendar reminders, emails and texts which I really appreciate l). Shalina found a way to squeeze us in so it wasn't a wasted trip, and she managed to confer with Dr. Shen Garnett, who was at another office, and save us an extra visit. I was having one of those days, and Shalina was so kind

Been meaning to write a review for at least a year. I can wholeheartedly say that Dr Bella changes lives. Her practice is top notch, efficient, friendly, accommodating. This was my first time seeking orthodontia and I felt like Dr Bella made it as easy as possible. I had Invisalign with a treatment to move my teeth fast and it worked. Dr Bella is a perfectionist and my new smile reflects it! Highly recommend Dr Bella for any adult out there looking to spend their money well and actually enjoy it.

My review of Dr Bella's practice is mixed. Dr Bella is very experienced and good at what she does, but the overall patient experience is sub-optimal. My first few appointments were on time, punctual (when they were trying to sell me the package). My teeth were pretty straight to begin with and to be fair, Dr. Bella did tell me I didn't need Invisalign treatment in the first place. But I wanted to be supportive of my partner who was also doing it so decided to move forward anyways. I did 5 trays for ~$3500. Dr. Shen is definitely a Top-notch orthodontist in the field of Invisalign. She's professional, skillful and reliable. My teeth were very hard to rotate since they were short and thick. She always adjusted and optimized my treatment plan accordingly so as to achieve the best results. Besides, the assistant, Cherry, have been helpful, patient and professional as well. I'm pretty close to complete my entire treatment now, and 100% happy with the result. Thanks a million.

Doctor Bella is an expert in her field who is willing to explain any procedure to parents. She has such a confident and positive attitude towards the patients as well as parents. Just got Invisalign'ed today and the process has been extremely smooth.
From clear precautions during COVID to a very thorough consultation to the awesome staff (shoutout to Angie!) it's been an extremely easy process, they really have it down!
As an adult revisiting orthodontia, I'm both impressed by the great crew, as well as not having to go through the old-school dental molds...it's a very welcome high-tech operation! Have had a great experience to date!

This orthodontist is SO easy to work with. My daughter was bullied because of her teeth and with the help of this practice, we are making things better for her. They are ALWAYS available if any issue comes up. They run their appointments on time and the folks at the front desk are incredibly friendly.

My Invisalign journey took about 18 months from start to finish. Hit a few bumps along the way and had to rescan my teeth a few times, but very happy with how things worked out.
I can't say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Mahood. When my teeth weren't tracking as expected, both the doctors discussed my case and came up with solutions to make forward progress. The doctors and the clinic were very accommodating when I moved to Seattle mid-way through my treatment. Their ortho friends in Seattle helped me a couple times for urgent needs, while Bella Smile was flexible with making appointment

My followup appointments have been amazing and quick. Dr. Shen-Garnett and her team was quick , thorough, and personable. As busy as they are, they always make time to talk to you on a personal level.

Someone once told me, "you should always strive to be, a better version of yourself."
It may've been the perfectionist Virgo in me, because when I walked into work one Monday, my co workers exclaimed in surprise: "but, you don't NEED Invisalign!"
Cosmetically, maybe not. The decision to get Invisalign was to correct my bite and straighten my bottom teeth which you can't really tell from first glance. I would've comparison shopped but with favorable reviews on yelp (and recommendations from hubby's colleagues) I decided to go to Dr. Shen's practice

We had our first appointment a few months ago already, and I have to say we are very pleased.
My daughter (8) and myself have been treated very nicely, explained (mainly to her, not just me) everything in detail and felt no rush, giving us plenty of time and space for questions and discussion of the why, how, options, etc.
The follow up appointments have been just as nice. Usually on time, no waiting in a room forever! And flexible and accommodating in general :)

Dr. Bella Shen Garnett and Dr. Kimberly Mahood transformed my smile. They went the extra mile to make sure every detail wasn’t looked at and refined. All the additional check-ups have been thorough and personal. The Page Street office has a modern, clean, and welcoming vibe. I’d highly recommend them!
