I usually don’t write reviews but decided to, seeing my lease will be up in a month and will be relocating. Peter is awesome! Point blank. One of the reasons I am writing this review. He always speaks to me, asking me how is things and just a good person all around. The community is quiet, clean and people here are great. I will be relocating to Texas and the management was sad to hear me go and with it being a dope experience living here. I’m hoping to transfer into another Greystar community in Houston Texas.

The experience we have had here has been okay. The apartment is rather expensive, yet the apartments seem to be made rather cheaply. We have a continuous clanking noise in our bedroom, most likely due to the lack of insulation around the pipes. Our dishwasher doesn't do much, we practically have to scrub the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and anytime we even brush against a wall we leave a mark. But it is quiet here and we have enjoyed our community. The location can't be beat.

I wouldn't normally write a review before truly experiencing anything, but I felt it necessary this time. I'll update my review after move in/6 months. Highland Ridge staff manager Peter is a true asset to the community and wouldn't be the same without him! I am downsizing and everyone knows how uncomfortable that is and Peter has made the move in process relaxing and very welcoming. I am used to many additional amenities and he has set my mind at ease, been very honest and extremely friendly. During this hard time, I have been super cautious as I have a heart condition, being in the clubhouse

So far, we are loving living here. The units themselves are amazing and offer a great amount of space! The location of the apartments are unmatched and there is something to be said about walking around here right before dusk. The ONLY complaint I do have and that is no fault of Highland Ridge is us not being able to use the amenities that we pay for and what plunges our interest in this complex to begin with. We hope that we will get to use the pool and grill before summer ends.
