This first time this guy showed up, he was almost an hour early, had his wife with him and was texting and calling me for payment (my daughter was there). Later, I found out that he didn't have the equipment to take pictures in the attic of the toenails or clips. My insurance company wanted pictures, so this guy tried to charge me again to come out. I asked why he didn't get the pictures in the first place, he said at that time, he didn't have the equipment. I told him that I wasn't paying for a job he should've done right the first time. He came out and had the exact same excuse, but this time
