A Certified Mold Inspection with Mold Testing is the process of evaluating a property, visually and scientifically, with the intention of identifying conditions in the home that contribute to mold growth and the identification of mold spores through air samples and/or surface samples.

Mike and his team of inspectors were awesome to work with. Very professional and thorough with their work. Mike was very responsive via email when I had questions about my inspection and was very detailed in the inspection report. As a realtor I use a lot of inspectors and have seen good ones and bad ones, Hero is defiantly one of the best! I have used several other inspection services in Central Florida, but was very impressed with Hero Inspection. A specific shout out to our inspector, Mike. I loved how they actually encourage the buyers by at the inspection, this allowed me to ask questions and get authentic responses vs reading the report, which by the way, was very well put together. Granted, let the inspectors do their job, this also allowed a good couple of hours in the house for my wife and I to measure and become comfortable with our purchase. Plenty of pictures and a very through job. Rather than just making assumptions

The company as a whole was extremely professional and courteous. They schedule my inspection quickly and reviewed all information and allowed for payment online. Day of inspection Aron was on time, professional, kind and willing to address any concerns I had. He didn't just write a report, because I was present he went through findings with me while showing me. If i had any questions, concerns or added services I wanted I could call or email the company and recieved a quick response. The inspector (CJ) was very thorough and was very knowledgeable on subjects. Was on time and when I found out I didn’t need additional inspection they took the price off without any questions. Very honest and I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone I know who needs a home inspection. I highly recommend this company for new construction inspections. Aron was very informative and he explained everything as he did the inspection. He took his time when explaining things and he looked at everything in great detail. As a first time home buyer, he made me feel at ease about the issues he found and he was very professional. He also had the full report emailed over, to include many pictures, within 1 hour of finishing the inspection. I had an excellent experience with Hero Inspection Services. Mike got there early and was already well into the outside portion of the inspection ahead of schedule. He was thorough and had a very good attention to detail. He was also friendly and took the time to describe what he found and answer any questions I had. He provided a very professional, detailed written report later the same day. We haven't bought a new home in 20 years and having confidence in the inspection has definitely lowered the stress level. Buying a new home is usually the largest investment and you want to make sure every item is in working condition. Before I made a huge investment my realtor recommended HERO Inspection Services. My thoughts were, why? It's brand new construction! But I trust my agent and had the inspection done. I received a 30 page report of information and pictures that I could understand without interpretation from and engineer. The money for the inspection was well worth it! Later on I would have paid thousands in repairs! I would definitely recommend Hero!

Aron and Mike were great. They were both personable and knowledgeable. They arrived right on time, talked with us for a few minutes then got down to work.
Their inspection was thorough and they explained about the standards while they worked inside. At the end, they explained a bit about our lawn and walked us through areas we need to address with our builder.
They came recommend by neighbors, and I highly recommend them to anyone needin a home inspection.
