I'll inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technologies, such as an iPad to help me quickly and accurately gather data. I encourage you to attend your inspection so that I can describe my process, explain my findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
Mr. Perry was great, he gave some great advice, but more importantly he took his time conducting the inspection. Once his inspection was completed, he sat down with us and went over everything with us. He was very professional and informative. I really can't say enough good things about Windermere Home Inspections.

This is my 3rd inspection with Parker, since moving to Florida in 2014. A life-long friend recommended him, and even though we had not made the move, we trusted Parker to inspect a home that was sight unseen for my family. His quick communication helped with my comfort level of my home purchase. He worked with our realtor, and continued the great communication, and helped with the transaction. I had a very brief period of time to have one done on my new home and not only was Parker flexible, he was completely thorough. His inspection was detailed, well-organized, stress-free, and I was never once anxious with the process. Parker is great! Worked with my availability and a shortened inspection timeline to schedule the inspection, and was very responsive to texts and emails. Provided a very thorough inspection, and walked me through the process, findings, and next steps in an understandable way. Provided comprehensive reports for both myself and to send to the insurance company. Highly recommend, for the first time home-buyer and the experienced homeowner alike!
