Services
Celebrating 13 years of bringing you delicious food using organic and locally sourced ingredients. When it's safe to do so, we'll resume our full-service catering for special events, meetings, weddings, box lunches, and Dining Delivered. Delicate scallops poached in white wine, spring fresh minted peas in a natural scallop shell.
We will return to providing on-site chef, bartending, and staffing for special events when it's safe to do so. Until then, we know that your life, your family, or your business will be a little different. We are happy to accommodate you by continuing to provide drop-off catering for individuals, families and businesses.
We offer box lunches for the meeting on the go, as well as hot entrees served buffet style. Each Box Lunch includes a scratch-made full-size sandwich or large entree salad, with a side salad, dessert, and mint. And to keep your meeting going and your space tidy, we also include a placemat, heavy-duty plasticware, dinner napkin, and moist towelette.
Delicious tradition, a true Figgy Pudding. Crafted with scratch-made candied citrus, currants, golden raisins, raisins, almonds, apples, fresh ground spices and brandy. Just add holly! This one has a Queen Victoria silver thruppence from 1900 baked in it. We can custom bake your pudding too!

We've enjoyed Exuberance Catering at All Classical Portland on many occasions. Cindy does it all, from box lunches for board meetings to elaborate buffets for our volunteers, with everything you need included in the package. Not only is her food the best, Cindy's service is top notch as well. Always willing to go above and beyond, accommodating last-minute requests, Cindy is a pleasure to work with.

I have attended several events (pre-Covid, of course) catered by Exuberance Catering. They do an amazing job with visually appealing and mouth-watering food, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert...to suit any event and any dietary requirement (I am vegetarian). Cindy is a joy to work with.

I had never used a caterer before, but I knew that for my husband's milestone birthday I wanted to provide our guests with first-class food and drink (NOT a potluck!). When the scope of my plans became clearer, I knew I needed help. Enter Cindy, and Exuberance Catering! Cindy consulted with me and, while she asked for and welcomed my input, came up with the perfect suggestions for elegant and beautiful hors d'oeuvres. So visually appealing was the table that people were taking photographs of it! And the flavor and variety of the offerings was even better. Let
