Stephen has been a certified home and commercial property inspector for over 15 years. He graduated Villanova University with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. He worked as an engineer for 8 years obtaining his professional engineer's license before starting his inspection business. He has lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 15 years with his wife and three daughters.
Brett has been in construction most of his life. He has done all phases of residential construction including roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing as well as an equipment operator. He has dug basements and installed septic systems. Brett is also EPA 608 certified to service residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

My inspector, Justin McCurry of the LehighValley, was thorough and detail-oriented. He also was willing to explain things as he went, saying what was typical, what was minor, which items needed attention, and how quickly that attention should be given. The $400 I spent on the inspection was repaid four times over when the seller agreed to make a safety-affecting repair before closing.

Justin has been a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, and has gone out of his way to make things easy throughout the whole process of buying a new construction home. I have used him for a foundation inspection, framing inspection, and pre-drywall inspection. He will be completing the final inspection in a couple of weeks as well. Justin performed a thorough home inspection. Easy to schedule, on time, and the inspection report was typed up and sent back within a few hours.
