I spent the majority of my life in the landscaping industry, and have always been interested in home construction, remodeling, and home building technology. Additionally, I am currently a member in good standing of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and I perform every inspection according to their specifications.

Services
We are now Infrared certified and use infrared thermal imaging in every home inspection. Thermal imaging can sometimes help us to see things that aren't visible to the naked eye. While it definitely does not enable us to see through walls, it can help us to see moisture from a leak that isn't visible on the outside of the wall or ceiling.

Dan from Solid Rock was a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has great prices. Dan was also very careful and patient with explaining everything he found. All responses to questions were in a timely manner. Dan inspected two houses for me, and I was extremely satisfied both times. Dan was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough, respectful, professional, and responsive through and through. My husband and I were under contract on a house and were able to schedule an inspection for two days after first reaching out to Dan. His inspection lasted approximately 2.5 - 3 hours, and he left no stone unturned! We received his detailed report that same evening, and feel completely confident in Dan's findings. Because we have a young child, it was very important for us to have a top-notch inspection completed, and as first-time homebuyers we didn't want to have any unfortunate surprises

Dan was very professional and prompt! He did not miss a detail when inspecting the home and did not rush the job. And being that we are first time home buyers he took the time to explain what everything meant. Also he sent us the written report the following day which was also very detailed.
