Martin has been in the gym since 1982. He is "an old schooler" with a cutting edge mentality when it comes to fitness and that keeps him setting the pace in the local fitness industry. In 2001 he opened Extreme Fitness Personal Training and has never looked back. His experience, passion and dedication to his craft is unmatched in the local industry.
Our current facility at 6 Headley Place, Fallsington PA, is a 6000 square foot fitness playground. Being that we are certified movement specialists, we employ the functional training method as the main aspect of our strength, weight loss, balance & stability, mobility and rehabilitation programs, There are no duplicate programs in the area accomplishing what we can, in such short periods of time, with the type of equipment we use.
THIS SESSION IS A ONE TIME $100 FEE. ALL FUTURE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE 30 MINUTES LONG AND MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE IN ORDER FOR THE SESSION TO BE PUT ON THE TRAINERS CALENDAR. Our experience provides us the knowledge we need to work with everyone, regardless of their ability, disability, injuries, experience or body weight.
This awesome "cardio-heavy" group exercise class will be every Wednesday at 6:30pm. We were going to wait until we relocated to our new facility this fall to release this class but it's time to break it in. PLUS, when we relocate, we will be adding significantly more equipment to this amazing class Such as ASSAULT BIKES AND PROWLERS!
At the assessment meeting, we will discuss goals, current nutritional habits and eating, health issues (if any), food allergies, likes & dislikes and work/play/sleep schedule. The information gathered at that meeting will provide all the information needed to create a custom meal plan, designed to work with your personal goals and unique metabolic rate.
