We have expanded to bring more opportunities for EVERYONE to be proactive in life through fitness. Getting to this point in life everyone has had some bumps and bruises, but you are here and YOU HAVE A CHOICE. We choose to be proactive. We choose to be ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN LIFE. We EMBRACE OPPORTUNITIES using fitness to achieve the quality of life we want and develop a strength to handle whatever comes our way.

In joining us at Surviving Strong, you are making the choice to have your health and life be a priority and we are here to support you. Our experienced trainers will help you MAXIMIZE YOUR EFFORTS while minimizing your risk of injury.
Services
We have various sessions types that will have you moving more and getting stronger. We will guide you towards the sessions that are the best fit for you, your goals and your schedule. We do recommend at least 3 sessions per week to really feel the benefits and see the changes that you are looking working towards.
Surviving Strong is a community of people at all levels of ability united by the common desire to make the most of this AMAZING LIFE. Some have a history of cancer and others know that cancer can happen to anyone. We can't control everything, but we have a choice with the actions we choose to take care of ourselves.
There is so much amazing in this world. We say it often that the work we put in at the Training Center enables you to maximize everything you do out of the Training Center. Our experienced trainers will help you MAXIMIZE YOUR EFFORTS while minimizing your risk of injury. We will work with your current strengths and limits to adapt to reach your goals and hopes.

Amazing! I love the SS Training Center! There are classes to fit all levels/needs and the staff will accommodate anything that anyone might need.

I've been doing Pilates for 4+ years. Have gotten much stronger, as a result. Unfortunately, I was getting injured a lot. Been working out at Surviving Strong--mat, tower, reformer, TRX, balance and strength classes. It's been six months and I have yet to be injured. Some of my older injuries are resolving, too.
