We brought our 2015 Fit in for repair under warranty, and it has been a headache getting the work done. We initially were told that the technicians were unable to replicate our intermittent issue. We demanded that they keep the car for an additional day - and miraculously they were able to replicate the issue.
Repair under warranty was authorized, but parts were backordered. We asked to be informed when the parts would be in, and instead of letting us know when the parts arrived, they completed (?) the repair and called for us to pick up the car.

Let me start by saying I purchased my car here in 2019, brand new. The sales experience was fine, but service since then has been terrible.
Don't bother setting an appointment, you'll end up waiting for hours regardless. They don't manage their time well and their record keeping system is awful. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth between the dealership and my side of town. My car was having trouble starting, and it's still under warranty. I took it into Honda for a diagnostic test.
The first appt, started at 10a, and they told me they had NO RECORD of my scheduled appointment

I've had several Honda vehicles (Odyssey / Accords) serviced here and I've been very pleased by the friendliness of the staff, which is customer-service focused. Trudy and Junior have been especially attentive to the maintenance of my vehicles, providing solid recommendations that have kept my vehicles on the road rather than in the shop (except for general maintenance visits). The work performed on my vehicles at Ron Tonkin has always been top notch. Because of this, and the professionalism of Trudy and Junior, I'll continue doing business with these guys.

Hats off to Ron Tonkin Service Department(RTHSD). Last Thursday, my sister-in-law brought her vehicle in for service. I visited the previous week to make the appointment and impressed with the customer service. However, I wanted to see if I would be just as impressed with the customer service at the time of the appointment. And again superior service! Both times we dealt with "Matt" a service department representative. From beginning to end, he was professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything, and radiated such positive energy.

I'm a nurse on the frontlines and I told them specifically when my 2007 Honda Odyssey (which I've had for years) broke down and that I needed a new family car.
I bought my van 44 days ago, my side doors malfunctioned (won't OPEN at all, manually or electrically) and my engine has been giving me a lot of issues, especially on cold starts. Honda wouldn't show me the inspection they did on this van and claimed they do a FIVE-point inspection on all of their cars... but what about the ones they didn't know they had on the lot? This van I pointed at and it took the sales guy

Took a car for repairs. Paperwork often misplaced. Picked up car. Never reset radio code so flashing 'set code'. Also had a low tire pressure light.
I mentioned to service, I shouldn't haVe to check this stuff. They should have checked before they released it to us. Almost gave me attitude about it. Which would have been a mistake. Not impressed
