Today my daughters car was towed from the leasing office parking area. She arrived to the complex after 11pm from work and found no parking within the gated parking area. Therefore she parked in the only available location which is the leasing office parking. The leasing office had her car towed when the office opened. Needless to say that a simple solution of calling her and asking her to move to an available spot during the morning hours would have worked well. However the leasing agents are nasty, spiteful, unprofessional and prejudiced. It has not been a pleasant experience. I would give them

Looking for a comfortable and safe place to live? This definitely isn’t the place. After a couple years of renting, I must say the managers and staff really know how to make a false impression. Managers are clueless and only help out to their own benefit and can care less if your a tenant or not. Really wish I could at least say one positive thing. Glad we left this place. Parking is terrible, place is filthy, and there seems to be a lot of break ins there as well with no security or assistance from managers when tenants personals belongings are messed with.

Do yourself a favor live anywhere else. This place is a huge scam. You would be better off living under the 5 then moving into any building on there lot. As you can tell be all the other reviews there isn't anything redeeming about this location and it should probably be shut down and replaced completely.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is horrible and extremely overvalued. The management is greedy and all they care about is money.
I want to move out due to the fact that I lost my business and going through extreme medical issues and yet all they care about is that they still get paid. There is no termination clause like all other apartment complexes.
They show no sympathy whatsoever. It’s not cool. Please to all residents reading this, if you are struggling, if you are having a hard time living here, if your voice isn’t heard, let’s get together because there is a lot we can do to stop this

This is one of the most difficult places to live in I have been here for a couple years now and the management staff gets more and more irresponsible and difficult to deal with. The refuse to help with the most simple things like a temporary permit or even just a notice from them so your car won’t get towed. The staff Is not properly trained it’s only seems to be the Manager Nicki who know everything and she’s never at the office you can call but it’s a hassle to get a response. My stay here get more horrible the longer I stay you. This will definitely be the last time I renew my lease

It has been so rough for us these past couple of months, no words are enough to express how grateful we are. He was on top of EVERYTHING we needed to apply to this apartment, he was constantly e-mailing me to keep me updated with every detail/status of our application. Lived there for a few years. My favorite part of living there was the view of the Disneyland fireworks. I also enjoyed our neighbors around us. Great respectable tenants. Management changed far too often, so our payment records were always messed up. I would recommend ALWAYS asking for a receipt for rental payments!! Currently their management is FABULOUS under the watchful attentive and caring eyes of Danielle! She and her current staff are running an efficient office which I absolutely appreciate. I would recommend going in and speaking to her or her staff and taking a tour to see if this is
