I really wanted a t-shirt printed on super short notice the week of Christmas and Planet of the Inks came through for me--love the shirt and I am so grateful they accommodated me during a really busy time of year. They were really easy to work with.

T-shirts are good quality and the photo looks amazing the image is very clear, I am very happy with my purchase and the seller is wonderful to communicate with!

The T-shirts came out perfectly, and the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I've never worked with a company as friendly and kind as Planet of the Inks. I highly recommend them for both the product quality and their amazing customer service.

High quality t-shirt printing and amazing customer service! I was not disappointed- our T-Shirts were printed quickly and looked AMAZING- better than I expected. The cherry on top is interacting with the people! The only word to describe working with the people at Planet of the Inks is "delightful," which is not a word I use to describe customer service often!

This business took my payment, communicated extensively with me via email, then never delivered on the t-shirt order and stopped replying to my emails. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Working with them was a complete waste of time and ended up delaying an important project.

What an outstanding business!!! We came to the DC area to support a loved one who was going through some major medical procedures. We wanted to make a fun t-shirt we could wear that would help lighten the mood and show our support. Timing was important. Planet of the Inks was very responsive. They corresponded quickly and had our t-shirts within a day. They even delivered. Reasonable prices, excellent quality and a service that couldn't be beat. I couldn't give higher praise! I needed a shirt done the day of my event. I emailed the night before and received a prompt response from them. I was able to send the image and the font for the words I needed and the shirt was ready within a few hours. I wore it to my partner's show that night and everyone loved it!

I placed an order for 2 customed t- shirts. Several emails were sent with the print and color agreement complete to my satisfaction. It was specifically stated that the shirts would be worn on large busted women an XL and a 2XL that would require that the lettering for both shirts to start up closer to the collar of the shirt. That way the lettering would be visible and not up under the bosom. This was the main reason for going to this "Custom" shop. My order was placed within my 3 week wait deadline. I was not in a hurry for these quality shirts and I had no idea what the technicalities

Man, I'm really glad everyone else had a great experience with this place, but I just had a terrible one. What should have been a simple transaction started Tuesday: I need the attached graphic on a black women's large t-shirt for a costume before Saturday, can you do that? 18 emails later wherein it appears basic communication is impossible for them, I write them Friday asking when it's going to be ready. No response. No one picks up the phone there ever. And now I'm stupidly running around town buying cheap Avery iron-on transfer paper and trying to find an inkjet printer

These people are AMAZING! I could not have asked for a better company to help me with my T-shirts!! They're super responsive, fast to act, cheap and they will honestly not stop until they feel their customer is satisfied. And the quality of both the fabric and the print are top notch! You HAVE to go with them.

This is a dope little shop! I needed two shirts done quickly (in time for the holidays), and online orders were looking like 40-50 bucks EACH. I sent Darren my designs and 5 business days later had two perfectly printed shirts for 40 bucks total. Support this local business, save money and time while doing it. Oh, and their email communication is fast and reliable.

High quality product, great customer service and fair prices are the reasons I give Planet of the Inks five stars. The fellow who tended to me (I believe his name was Darin) was particularly responsive to my needs. This is the first place I will go in the future when I need customized gear.

Last minute I needed a custom BLM shirt designed. Within minutes, not hours it was ready for pick up. The graphics are excellent and the shirt is of decent quality. You Guys ROCKS!!!!

Planet of the Inks is AWESOME! I had one t-shirt of my own that I wanted printed. They responded to my emails immediately and were friendly and helpful. And their prices can't be beat! The turnaround time to finish the t-shirt was one day! Super fast! And the graphic on the t-shirt looks better than I imagined! I'm thrilled! Excellent job and excellent customer service.

Darren rushed an order for me for a last minute Coaches' gift. He was amazingly pleasant and got the job done even faster than I expected. I normally use CustomInk, but they weren't able to fulfill my request. Now, I am much more likely to turn to Planet of the Inks for my next order. I really appreciate the kind, considerate responses from Darren and consider his handling of my needs to be top notch!

I needed some custom t-shirts made for a race last minute (the day before the race). I called Planet of the Inks and spoke to Darren. This company has excellent customer service. The whole process was very easy (e-mailed my design, they sent back a mock-up for me to approve). The shirts were ready early and they looked great! The prices were way cheaper than the online vendors I was initially looking to use. I highly recommend!

These guys were terrific. They were so patient with me whenever I had questions, needed to adjust my order, and even coming in early to work on my order when I stalled in ordering, yet needed the t-shirts quickly before heading out of town. They went above and beyond at every turn, and if that wasn't great enough, the work itself came out beautiful. Completely recommend, and I will definitely be using their services again going forward.

Last minute I needed custom shirts made for an event. Darren came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I would definitely use Planet of the Inks again in the future. Very happy with the final product, price and turnaround time.

I've been working with Darren since he had a shop on Capitol Hill, and i was so happy when i found out he opened a place much closer to me. it's really difficult to find someone who will print just a few items at a time. He offers an affordable, quality product and clearly takes great pride in his work.

Plus he's just so nice (which probably isn't a reason to get your shirts printed. but it's definitely helpful). I have recommended him to colleagues and i'll definitely be back.

I usually try to let him know to make sure he's okay with drop off/pick up times
