Like some other reviewers, I didn't even know this company existed - was referred to them by a top notch construction company. I knew if they were using them for printing blue prints, this would also be the company
I wanted to work with. I called, asked to see if they could expedite the print job and an employee named Meredith worked with me to have them ready in less than 15 minutes. The cost seemed very reasonable. I got there a bit early and she indicated she could bring out directly to my car once they were ready.

They verbally promised me a cost estimate before starting a scanning project of 1/2 box of letter-sized correspondence, then never contacted me with the estimated price and just went ahead with the scanning. I asked them twice and both times they confirmed they'd call me first so I could decide whether I wanted to proceed. No call until it was finished. It ended up being 4-5x ($220) what the guy guessed at ($50) when I took it in to be looked at. Very, very shady operation. I should have pursued either cancellation or legal action, but never wanted to deal with this project or these people

What a complete waist of time, not only did I not receive my order, but they tried to gouge me on the price!
Incompetent, uncommunicative and downright unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs - if you look at my Yelp history, it takes a my for me to go here!
Update: went to Press Express. They treated me professionally, they did the work quickly and at 1/5th the cost!
