First, the Google Maps address is incorrect. After walking through the rain for 30 minutes to find them on I street. I arrived at their address to be inform by the front desk that they were no longer there. I called them and asked for the new address to be emailed to me so that I could try again the next day. Second, I took a Lyft to the address they provided 1915 Benning Road, NE
Washington, DC 20002 and arrived to find a store front completely covered with sheets of paper. I emailed them to let them know this is what I found at the address and haven't recieved a response yet. Highly upset. Wasted

The service was terrible. The representative expected me to have all font names memorized. When I didn't know the exact name of a font to use he told me that he would just choose for me. He went back to his desk for a few minutes then told me to come back to view his computer. He was willing to show me the difference between slanted and not slanted for the font he chose. When I asked to see another font for comparison in an old English style, he kept insisting that I tell him the name (instead of just clicking on a different choice). The price was not told up front and was a complete rip off. I

Excellent costumer service and product quality. I used them for both large and small printing jobs while planning for a major company event for the first time and couldn't be happier with their service.
