Ace Press printed my thesis and rush delivered it during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was helpful to have their professional printing service available. They responded fast to my initial requests and were always available to answer questions.

I ran out of printer ink and needed to print out 20 pages. This place was nearby so I stopped in quick. I was told that there is a $5.00 minimum for printing, and each page was 10 cents. So, although the print should only cost me $2.00, I agreed to pay the extra $3.00 to have the print. As soon as I sat down they added extra charges. They told me that printing from more than one program was extra (I had an adobe and word doc). On top of adding charges that were not originally disclosed, they were nasty when I questioned it. I didn't actually have a job printed here, so I cannot comment on the quality or deliverables. However, after a phone call for a quote, I decided to go elsewhere because I was told they were really busy and I treated as a hassle. The representative- I believe the owner- seemed very stressed out, and made simple things like things taking a payment over the phone, or even discussing delivery a few blocks away, seem way more difficult than they should be. Amazing service and great quality work!! They are absolutely wonderful! I needed my wedding invitations printed on shiny paper. When I mentioned this to the owner he told me to just bring in a sample of the paper and not buy it all yet so that they could make sure they could print on it properly. When I got there, they spent of a ton of time with me and helped me rework my invitations a bit so that they would print properly. Once I dropped off my specialty paper they called me the next day to tell me my invitations were ready!! Printing with them literally saved me close to $1500 on invitations
