10 General Physical Skills, this helps our clients develop and maintain well-rounded fitness. Creating a program that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive so we train to be prepared for any challenge or obstacle life may throw your way. At CrossFit 313 we rigorously study these principals laid out by CrossFit teachings, and use this tenant as a daily reminder to push you, as our clients, to a higher level of fitness.
An instructor led, group class, consisting of a total body warm-up, high intensity workout filled with functional movements, and a stretching cool-down, all packed into one fun-filled hour. This is the best bang for your buck! We advocate a total body, functional fitness program at CrossFit 313. But at some point, you as an individual may find an imbalance in your strength: weight ratio.

I have always been curious of CrossFit but never jumped in. I finally jumped in at 313 and couldn’t be happier.
The coaches at 313 meet you were you are at while helping you become better. In my short time there I have seen ppl who haven’t been in the gym in 30 yrs to ppl experienced in CF. No matter your experience or level of fitness you will leave CF313 better then when you arrived.

This crossfit gym is a blessing. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey but they have really made my first month welcoming. I'm doing things I never thought I could accomplish a month prior. The owners/coaches have great attitudes towards all skill levels and it makes you feel comfortable working out at your own level. They coach you through everything and really encourage your goals. Not only is the gym clean and organized but they offer numerous times to workout around your schedule. Further the other members of the gym are equally heartfelt in encouraging your goals, it's a real family
