I'm a current resident and have been now for a year and some change. I can go through pros and cons but really there is only cons at this building. From management changing every couple months to your car getting towed every other day. This has really been a horrendous experience for my first time moving out to a place I can call my own. I made a big mistake moving into this building and I don't think this building will ever change. Management used to be great for a couple months at least.. Nicole was the best property manager this building has seen in a while. We now have a new manager

We made an appointment twice to view apartments available on their website. Each time we went to go look we were told "come back next week." It happened again today. The leasing agent had to call some one to find the keys and we were told that Tamika had locked up the unit keys and that no one has access to them and that we would have to reschedule another appointment. The leasing agent who was here had closed the door and put up a sign saying she would not be available for several hours. When we spoke with her we saw on her computer that she was just shopping for shoes and dresses. She certainly

Since living at Infinity apartments, there have been some issues that have been rectified by new management. Thanks to Christle Tate, my issues have been addressed and the new maintenance person, Matthew, has done a good job of fixing repairs! I recommend Infinity Apartments and now I love my new apartment home! Pros: Great location & Amenities/ Cons: Parking & Elevator repair

I moved here in February 2021...It's July 2021.
There have been many issues with elevators not working and hot water going out but the maintenance team does respond quickly.
There are still areas of concern for me and will impact my decision to either renew my lease or move out.
When there is a power outage the halls are pitch black because there are no emergency lights, there is no service elevator and the existing two are tiny- had to throw away my queen box spring and carry my couch up the stairs, there are a total of 10 guest parking spots for the entire complex and we have to email the

This is simply the worst place I have ever lived at. I've been here for two years. In that time I've had multiple burst pipes, my dish washer and washing machine have both needed to be replaced more than once, my AC units have repeatedly been completely covered in dangerous mold that drives my allergies crazy, and I've had my mail stolen more times than I can count. My bikes were also stolen from the bike room and my fiancee's car was stolen from the parking lot within two months of moving here. It is so bad that renters insurance companies may refuse to insure you

1. Rent is expensive
2. There always seems to be a problem with mice throughout the building.
3. They are ripping everyone off on the additional building utilities. (Water and gas) Water fees are out of control.
4. The mailroom is horribly disorganized.
5. Deliveries get “lost/go missing/ and, or never arrive”.
6. Parking is a mess and it is unreasonably expensive.
7. The gym in the basement is joke.
8. The elevator in the front is out of order at least 1-2 times a week.
9. Corporate only cares when it’s time for you to pay.

Nicole and the maintenance staff is amazing! I recently moved from one unit to another in the building. Nicole was so kind and so helpful I am very happy in my new space. The maintenance team was very quick to come take a look at my ac that wasn’t working they fixed it right away. The new management is awesome and I couldn’t be happier!

This apartment is exactly what my partner and I needed. I've been living here since August and the moving in process has been phenomenal due to the help of Crystal the property manager. She made the process easy fast and very convenient for us. Any issue we have had with the apartment was taken care of. She goes above and beyond to try to help the residents. These apts are kind of old but a little spacious. They change the management every other month. With that being said, every management/ property manager will have new rules about the life in the infinity community.
Customers service is the worst in the world. As it's been said, " you get what you paid for". These people are so unprofessional and they don't tend to be patient with their residents.
If you ask for maintenance, you actually have to request many times and call and call again. They will do 20% of the servicing you requested.
They have a lot of rats and cockroaches

Lots more cons than pros to living in an Infinity apartment but ultimately, I picked this because location and price. But so that renters are aware, I'll leave details below about my experience and everything that could potentially go wrong (began writing this review in September 2016). I am not renewing my lease. After I left in March 2017, I know improvements were made but honestly, I think the building should be demolitioned and rebuilt.
The model pictures are pretty deceiving online - the apartment community looks much nicer in picture then it does in person.

I'm not sure what other options are out there but they have to be better than this. This place is in a great area but that's one of the few pros.
I truly do not feel like this establishment cares about it's tenants. The gym was decent when I moved in: 2 televisions, 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, some free weights, a water cooler, a weight machine, an exercise ball, a half exercise ball and an exercise bench. THIS APARTMENT IS TERRIBLE! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY! Infested with german cockroaches, they were everywhere. In the kitchen, dining room, in our bookshelf. This place used to be called Straford Towers but they changed their name to avoid all the bad ratings they were getting. Look up reviews on Straford Towers, it talks about the insane infestation of cockroaches they used to have. INFINITY IS THE SAME BUILDING. RUN.

I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. The housing prices in the area are ridiculous and this place offers affordable prices, with updated appliances and units. I mean don't get me wrong, it's not the Ritz but if you are trying to not spend a whole paycheck on rent and don't need to be by a metro then this place is perfect. (BTW I ride my bike to the Ballston metro and it's not bad at all and there's a shuttle if it's raining) I feel pretty safe while walking around outside. Pro's: reasonable monthly rent, especially for less than a 1 year lease (I was there just 2 mos); reasonable distance, especially if you have a car. Not sure I would suggest this place if you don't. Office staff seem to be eager to please. Apt has a nice lay-out, my place was quiet and clean.
