I've lived here for 6 months and it's been the worst experience I've ever had. The "tile" flooring is some cheap tile paneling poorly glued to the floor that'll come up the moment they get wet causing me and others to nearly or actually slip. The office staff is beyond useless and don't rely on the maintenance guys. If you can afford another place avoid this one like that plague.

If you have a different option to live somewhere else I would. We loved it here when we first moved in. Then around June it turned to crap. And good luck if you have any issues, the front office will not do anything to fix the situation. If you do move here and are in building 16 be prepared to never have parking since they allow one apartment to have 5-7 cars parked there every single day. I would rather go back to living in a 325 sq ft studio then live here.

I’m actually a tenant Here still Going on 2yrs in November but I have never Ever stayed in a apartment complex where it’s two people working but nobody never answers the phone in the office how do they expect to help tenants and future tenants If they never answer I’ve been asking for filters for almost two weeks and still haven’t got them so imma just go buy my own tired of asking tired of calling and not getting through smh I like staying here because for the most part everybody minds their business but I do not like the fact that when I need to speak with someone in the office I can’t

I cannot wait to no longer live here. It was great at first until about June. That is when we started having issues with parking, the front desk not responding, and the front desk not handling issues we addressed with them. I don’t feel safe when I get home from work at night, and I almost 95% sure after 4 that I will have to park down by another building since they won’t do anything for an apartment having 4-6 cars a night parked there.

The interior is kept nice and clean, the townhomes are really quite exquisite for the price. However, I'm only giving them 3 stars because the property manager, Nancy, would just blatantly not respond to calls and messages DAYS IN A ROW, sometimes over a WEEK, and was very difficult to cooperate with. Also, the maintenance men are rather rude and ineffective doing their jobs.

So, I'm guessing other than the park area the place is okay to stay at. I am looking for a good place to stay at. I have four children one of them is Autistic. So I would need a place that won't scare him. He also has heart problems so finding a place that is a good neighborhood is a must. I'm also looking to a place near University of North Texas my oldest and I will be transferring together. I need help someone please help me out. Thank you so much!!
