Established in 2018, we are located off Industrial St. and conveniently tucked right in the middle of the can't-miss action of Denton, TX. If I could leave negative stars, I would. AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Extremely rude, will charge tenants for anything and absolutely everything. They only want your money and your well being is much less than an afterthought to them. The Cole Place was a tiny, cramped apartment with few amenities. They treat tenants like trash. They constantly bullied my boyfriend who lived at the Cole Place for almost a year. People dig through the trash there almost every day and management will not do anything about it, nor do they care that there is trash strewn about the lawns daily because of it. I stayed with them while i was in college and i couldn’t be happier with the exceptional assistance that the staffs gave me. The staff is always happy when i walk in to pay my monthly bill. I always pay during business hour just so i can chat with them and they always make me feel welcomed. Technician crew are fast and friendly as well, showed up and fix within 30 minutes after the call. I recommended a few of my friends to stay with Struga Management and i never heard that they had negative experience either. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Unsafe living conditions that violate tenant rights and they won't repair it for years. Maintenance leaves trash everywhere and sometimes makes problems worse. Request a work order in person or online, doesn't matter, it won't get fixed. They KNOW their tenants are poor students that don't have the resources to fight for themselves. DON'T RENT FROM HERE. It's just not worth it. This is the same ceiling over three years of "repairs" The first is most recent. Seriously. Save yourself the stress of moving furniture every time it rains.

I lived under Struga management for a year while I attended TWU. They are very nice and reasonable people! Their lone star property was exactly what I needed as a student who wanted to be walking distance from school. Zulma was especially great with helping me get into a place, and with any concerns. No tricks, no games, no shadiness. I highly recommend!

For starter apartments Holly Tree was decent, especially for the price. The apartment is old, but well maintained. Old appliances and a bit smelly due to the old property (plug-ins did wonders and eliminated the odors) but never once had a maintenance issue. Located in a great area just minutes from anything you need. Wilma was awesome with helping me get approved and moved into the apt every step of the way. Struga was hands down the worst company my family has leased from. We were nice and didn’t complain too often about the many things they did wrong but I have to leave this review warning people. Maintenance crews smoking inside apartments, leaving trash in the driveway after visiting. Struga would leave random, unprofessional notes on everyone’s doors letting you know rent is going up. Or notes saying tenants weren’t allowed to hangout in our yard area. Like what the hell? They were slow to respond when our bathtub wasn’t working and then came to “fix” it, but it was worse than before

After two years of living in an apartment managed by struga, I can confidently say that they are the BEST property management company I have encountered in my 6 years of leasing apartments. The staff here is kind, informative, and consists of genuinely good people. If you have a problem, COMMUNICATE!! They are usually flexible and will work with you as long as you alert them to whatever is going on. The maintenance staff is also exemplary. They have promptly fixed every problem we have reported and they have always done so with a positive attitude, even on the hottest days. I would highly recommend
