Horrible experience, the apartment isn't clear with towing instructions and when it expires for guest parking. I even registered my car with the apartment and it still got towed and I live here! Management is very rude/ unprofessional and wont even try to help your case with the towing company when they are wrong. (TOWING TRUCK COMES BASICALLY EVERY NIGHT TO CHECK WHAT CARS THEY CAN TOW!) Even my friend's cars get towed in the guest parking when its registered. The elevator was filled with dog pee once and was never cleaned. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Apartment you get is no where near as nice as the model. Was very dirty at move in. Dryer was broken. Have had bugs. We has 3 people for a 4 bedroom apartment and was told they probably would not have a 4th, but would do a match with us if they did - instead the 4th person was already living there - not a student like rest of people in the apartment - kid was a big party person and caused much havoc. Management doesn't seem to care at all. Staff lies and back each other up. Go elsewhere - you get what you pay for!

Parents and Students beware! This apartment complex contracts with a towing company that is bunch of criminals. Both the apartment complex and the towing company prey on college aged kids and will tow their guest cars without hesitation. The complex states they have signage about guest parking, but in reality they have one sign that is bent and impossible to read. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

This is literally the worst living experience I have ever had. Not only did they put with a Roomate that threatens my safety they refuse to do anything about the situation they created. They say they will make sure the apartment is clean and repaired. They do not, they left a whole in our kitchen wall for almost 2 months. Needless to say I am doing everything I can to leave this apartment complex.

I would not recommend Midtown to anyone especially if your apartment would be in building 1 by Carroll street (so extremely loud) Multiple times maintenance have walked in without warning (no email or call). I actually was in panties and a t-shirt and had no time to change. They unlocked and opened the door right in my roommates face.
No balcony sucks. Also the pool has not been working for weeks. Also there are bugs but they are not too bad. The front office staff is great along with the maintenance. However I feel very violated when people can just come into my apartment whenever they please

Past resident here just giving my experience . Cars got stolen into , it smells like a petting zoo on the stairs because picking up after your dog isn’t enforced enough.My vehicle was already registered (because i live there)and it was towed while i was in a handicap parking spot (i was moving heavy furniture out). It is not apart of their policy but I was not helped out . Parking in handicap at most should result in fine by the police (which the signs says like all handicap signs), however my residential car got towed.

Would not recommend Midtown 905. I had issues with them from early on when I was told I would receive a limited time deal if I signed by a certain date. After signing by the date, the staff denied that there was ever a deal to begin with. Later on, (around December 22nd or 23rd) I was home alone when someone broke into my apartment. Not only does my apartment have damages due to this which I will likely have to pay for, but when I called the apartment scared and alone, they insisted that I probably misunderstood the situation and it was unlikely that someone broke in. I no longer felt as if I was

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but I’ve been here for 8 months now and love it! We had some issues with our appliances, but work orders are fulfilled literally hours after you put them in. A little bit of dust upon moving in, but it was nothing that clorox wipes couldn’t fix. The gym and clubhouse are open for use, just not the pool yet. Everyone at the office is helpful, well-informed, and super friendly. When I had a problem with some neighbors, I left a voice message, the office handled it for me, and it was quickly resolved. I was really surprised with the ease of living here
