Skyline Property Management, Inc. (Skyline) has been family owned and operated since 1969. Skyline specializes in leasing and managing residential and commercial properties including townhomes, apartment communities and office buildings. Skyline's team members practice a "hands on" management style.
When a new resident walks into our office, we take the time to get to know their unique situation and needs. Denver and the surrounding communities are exciting areas to be! Horrible predatory company that will jump at any chance to evict and then will sue you for thousand of dollars. If that isn't enough, they will lie to you and claim that after paying them off that they won't consider it an eviction and will then bar you from renting any of their properties -- which they own most in the area

I haven't rented through Skyline yet but I wanted to express my appreciation for Trina Hadzeriga, who works at Union Square and Americana apartments. She's responded quickly even on the weekends and was very friendly and helpful both in email and on the phone. Getting other properties to call or email me back has been like pulling teeth and I'm on a limited timeline, so her responsiveness and clear communication have been especially appreciated.

I rented an apartment at the Three Spruce property in the Eiber neighborhood of Lakewood, CO.
I don't have very many positive things to say about this property management team. Sheri in particular takes weeks to respond IF she does at all. The monthly rate looks to be less than surrounding rentals in the area until you read the lease agreement to discover that it isn't. Everything in my unit looked to be 30 years old at a minimum and on the verge of breaking.
In summary, rent elsewhere.

Skyline Property Management has horrible site managers. They are shady and do not take care of their renters at all. I've had my property thrown away (bike). When I moved out the manager said I did not give her notice I was leaving. I gave her notice several times to her face in front of maintenance man. They both lied about it. they trumped up all sorts of damages that were not there. never contacted me or notified me of damages and 3 years later tried to take me to court. Please for your own sake STAY AWAY.

This property management company fraudulently reports on your credit. Per our leasing agreement, they have the authority to report on your credit if you are delinquent in payments. I have ledgers to prove I was never delinquent in any of my payments. However, in March when I went to purchase a home my loan originator brought it to my attention that Skyline Property Management was reporting a $1200 amount due on my credit. I reached out to them immediately and the response I was given was, “Since you signed a lease with our company you are obligated to pay every month, therefore until the end

This is the worst rental company ever. DON'T DO IT. During my stay at three spruce Apts I've been harassed, my property has been taken and thrown away without my permission. I've been told I can't have my husband over at all. Prices are too high and recently they have tried to make me pay an extra months rent when my lease Cleary says the date it's up. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

This is the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. First off, my roommates and I were extremely overcharged for the apartment we got (seeing as it was one of the only properties left to rent in Golden, we were pretty much forced into it). The website advertised beautiful apartments that looked nothing like what we had with facilities that weren't even on the property. Our apartment was poorly maintained, extremely dirty when we moved in, and not worth the money.
