Denver & Suburban Management offers complete property management services for your rental investment. Whether you own a single family home, condominium/ townhome, or apartment complex your investment property is our priority from tenant screening and leasing to the make ready maintenance and property upkeep.
There are many different types of owners and therefore we offer a service of Leasing Only to the owner who prefers to manage their own property but recognizes the leasing process can be very time consuming. As owner you know your property the best but many times the advertising, showing appointments, tenant screening and lease signing can take up much of your valuable time.
As a premier property management company, Denver Suburban Management has carefully crafted all aspects of our property care and repair so you can be sure we leave nothing to chance. We use only trained and proven technicians. Tenants can inform us of any possible safety or repair concern, but we do not rely only on tenants for maintenance reports.
Residents may login to view their balance, generate rent payments, and submit maintenance requests. Maintenance requests may also be submitted with the below form. If this is an emergency maintenance request please contact the office at 720-932-9000. During after hours the answering service will contact us with your maintenance emergency.

When I found Denver and Suburban Management to take care of my various rental properties, it was such a relief. They immediately addressed lingering maintenance issues for the occupied units, made sure my vacant properties were ready to rent and have since found some excellent tenants for those! They are personable and very responsive with my requests. I am VERY pleased with this company.
