my car broke down at around 10am.. I called my ins and they had Larry's towing coming out gave me a Eta of 60 mins.. so time comes by and no one.. so I called back and said I was still waiting.. so they said their running behind.. so gave me another eta of 60 mins.. so I wait.. and still nothing.. so I call back pissed,.. and now their asking me to leave my vehicle unattended.. I told them no because of the area I'm in I don't trust here. So they gave me another eta of 90 mins.. ughh so time comes around again and still no one.. so I call back

9/12/19 on this Thursdsy I was in a work vehicle 2015 Chrysler broken down in Searchlight NV..... Larry's Towing gave me a 60 minute ETA. After 2 hours I got a hold of dispatch I was told it would be 60 more minutes. So I canceled it and was lucky enough to get A&L Towing to come and get me who was there in the 60 minutes I was told and he was very kind and let me sit in his air conditioned truck while he hooked up my car.

I called to get my car towed by this company after I popped 2 of my tires.
They were sure to keep me updated on their arrival when the office called to let me know eta. Then, the driver also called when he was 10 mins away.
They were fast & efficient & let me ride in the car. Larry and JR were very friendly and funny. It was $75 for the 2.6mi drive + $5 tax or something. Thank you guys!

Around Midnight on Monday my family and I were headed home to California about 15 minutes outside the strip our alternator went out. We called our insurance for a tow and the representative told us the cheapest price she could find me was for $450 because we would be paying cash, so I told her that was okay not to go with it and that I would figure something out. After 10 hours in the desert waiting for towing partly AAA then to have a under the influence driver, almost crashing twice. He didn't know where he was going and my son had to tell him how to get to repair shop. He couldn't
process his credit card and made him get cash. Ripped him off to a towing charge of $405. If I were you I would think again. To top it off bad mouth him to repair shop. So now I can not dispute the charge and out a lot of money. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE- Please read unless you want poor treatment and to feel unsafe with your credit card information!!
I recently used Larry's Towing and it started with the man stating the tow was 20 minutes away - an hour and a half later the tow arrives (mind you this is at 2:30am). Not his fault they gave me a bad timeframe; so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
Coincidentally their credit card machine is down and rarely do I carry cash so he had to manually take my card information down. I used an emergency CC that isn't used often and about 24hrs later there are pending charges for

Horrible customer service!! Whoever is your dispatcher needs a lesson in Customer service!! Called for a tow at 3am. Was promised by Larry that someone would be here soon as shift change was over at 7am by the name of Jacob to pick up my vehicle and take it to the shop. 7:35am no call, no tow truck!!! I call over to Larry's and the dispatcher has every excuse in the book as to why someone is not here, it's his Monday and he doesn't know why the night dispatchers do what they do. Then he says the driver didn't have a ride to work that's why I'm still waiting someone

ATTENTION! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
This is my first post ever, and I've been using yelp for years now. Quick story, I made an appointment at 8am. My car needed to be picked up to go to the dealership at 11am. First off, they quote me 13 miles, when Google maps says it's 9 miles away. Ok fine, whatever. But now is when it gets f uped: it's been 2 hours and they ain't here! There only explanation is he had to fuel up, and traffic. Are you kidding me? 2 hours is more than enough time for that. All I ask later is for the dispatcher to call the driver and let me know a real estimated

I plan on showing Larry's Towing the same professional courtesy they showed me. NONE. Their driver told me he would take me the 7 free miles covered by AAA and leave me in Primm with no services OR I would have to pay in cash to be towed to Las Vegas. I asked my 11 year old daughter to get back in the car. Their piece of crap driver said the disatcher Jacob told me this. Not only did this piece of crap threaten to leave me stranded, he then lied to the highway patrol and Jacob wouldn't answer the phone. Of course I would pay with a credit card, the fee was not an issue. I have filed

I got in a wreck and called my insurance company for an authorized tow company. I was referred to Larry's tow company. I was quoted an hour. I waited an hour and recieved a call from an automated system. It stated that the tow truck was there. There was not a tow truck in sight. The message stated if they were not there to press "2", which I did and the system hung up!!! I. Called the company directly; the lady that answered the phone had no knowledge of my request for a tow truck. Shetransferred me to another employee. I told him what happened and he said he had to stop for gas

My Mercedes fuel pump failed on my way to Vegas. AAA sent out Larry's towing to get me towed into Vegas. David our driver was very accommodating and didnt waste anytime to get us hooked up and on our way. He referred a local AAA auto repair shop in the Vegas area which turned out to be a very honest and fast to get my car back on the road. Big thanks to David our driver.

We have now been waiting for an hour an half for a tow from this company. Speaking to the lady she said 30 to 45. She called back and said another 15. Called at 9am for the tow it is now 11am. Still no one here. Called back and spoke to a guy who now says another 30 to 40 mins because the other car they towed needed to go some where else. Not happy especially since this place was recommended by the mechanic shop that we need to be towed to that is less than a mile away!

I had to get a jump today (both my Toyota 4Runner and a Camry, since I was gone for 8 days and left both of these vehicles in the garage only to come home to dead cars) and used the AAA app on my phone to do so.
