Main Street Management Group was founded on the principles of service and integrity. We understand that we are a service industry and our success depends solely on the quality of our service and the integrity with which we execute that service. Some people have asked how we came up with the name Main Street Management Group.
We believe the only way to properly service the communities we manage is to understand what happens on a daily basis. We are regularly on site and attend every board meeting where we provide everything you need to have an efficient meeting. Board members should be decision makers not doers. We are proactive.

Main Street Management Group is the management company for my home in the Glenwyck subdivision in Huntersville, NC.
During their time as the Glenwyck community management, they have shown that they truly care about the community, including the upkeep of the landscaping and common areas. As a homeowner, who desires to be part of a nice looking community, I very much appreciate their attention to detail and upkeep within the neighborhood.

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with! Kelly is rude and non-flexible… Definitely a “no” person. She ignites drama and contention amongst the homeowners owners. She Take pleasure in trying to invent ways to fulfill her need for power and control! I always call her with a pleasant attitude and try and work through any issue, for the common good of the community! She make sure that instead of working through it and finding a solution, she stirs the pot. This company is a joke, avoid them at all costs they are very unprofessional.
(2) In response to the managements remarks of late fees. They are not actually fees, this is an HOA management company that doesn’t adhere to the laws of the state. My dues were not paid as a result of this HOA and management company failing to provide an approval of a new yearly budget and distribute it amongst the homeowners. For clarification HOA’S must provide a yearly budget as to what your dues are allocated towards.

Late in 2020 our HOA Board switched to Main Street after horrible experiences with two other property management companies. Since then we have been extremely impressed with every aspect and every interaction with MSMG! It has been a true partnership and Kelly and her team have made life so much easier for both the Board of Directors and the community! We have received many great reviews from homeowners about their interactions with the MSMG office which is completely opposite of what we experienced with the two previous companies.

Updating review
Company takes a long time to respond to calls and emails. Fails to consistently mail invoices and is unaware of actions taken by contractors. A simple "why were my property markers dug up?" Took one week and 2 phone calls to learn they didn't know.
Their partnership with the board is also questionable failing provide reasonable guidance and ignoring NC HOA laws. Previously HOA approved projects maybe changed at the HOA's expense. A fight over garbage can screenings previously approved at many homes that are now not compliant illustrates this point well.

I would give less than 1 star, if I could. We have owned a condo at Portside for nearly 28 years. Main Street management is the latest company to 'manage' the property but provides no management. We received a $1,500.00 invoice for work that we were completely unaware of. We didn't receive a phone call or email explanation, just a bill. We had no knowledge of the scope of the work and had no opportunity for discussion. Main Street cannot even provide the prime function of their job, which is to communicate. We are the customer and were treated very poorly. We have no idea of the before or after

By far the best, most responsive HOA I have ever dealt with and being a realtor, I deal with a lot. Andrew Epperson has been amazing. He answers my emails very, very quickly and has been incredibly helpful. I wish they were my HOA!

I have been on and off our HOA Board for over 12 years. We have had 3 HOA Property Management companies during that time. For the last 6 years we have used Main Street Managers. I can say without reservation that Main Street is the best. They are simply total PROs. The service is always prompt and professional. They handle the sticky situations very well with respect and common sense. The financial reporting is completely transparent. They are great at advising the Board on a wide range of matters. Managing HOAs is a difficult business, but Main Street handles it day in and day out and keeps things

Main Street Customer Service is Top Shelf! My firm manages over 150 properties and we haev to deal with HOA firms daily no HOA firm comes close to Main Streets Responsiveness. Andrew manages our community in Cornelius and is ALWAYS immediately responsive to my needs as a homeowner VS email after email to other HOA management firms that if luck i get a response back in a week to 10 days! I highly recommend this firm based on their high quality customer service!
