I've was previously a property owner with Sunnon managing my property. While the staff is very polite, I was finally disappointed with how they managed the transition of my property to a new tenant. I incurred thousands of dollars in transition costs because they delayed in notifying me of needed repairs or charges before a new tenant was to move in. Even though the previous tenant had vacated the premises more than two weeks before, they only notified me less than a week before the new tenant was to move in. They didn't give me official vendor quotes until I searched for alternatives myself and

I am so disappointed with my experience with Sunnon Property Management. There were so many things that happened in the 5 months that we lived there that should have gone smoother. It was like pulling teeth to get them to cover our trash removal and fix the air conditioning that broke for three weeks in the middle of summer. I felt that I was constantly emailing to get something looked at or maintenance scheduled only to not hear a response for a week to 10 days. I was even asked to go look around at my neighbor's yards to see what trash cans they use. I tried being as polite as possible thinking

Chris Claflin is very helpful. A month before we moved out of our home Chris came out to my property for an assessment and ran a sell vs lease model to help me make decision on my next steps. Prior to arriving, he told me what I could expect from our meeting and respected our COVID safety concerns by wearing a mask during our meeting and walkthrough. When I was ready to make a decision a few months later, Chris did not hesitate to meet with me again to review everything. He was just as patient and courteous as he was during our first meeting.

We self toured one of their rental properties and were very impressed. It was so easy to schedule a self viewing and the property was awesome (clean and great location). By the time we got home, we already had an email from a rep asking if we had any questions. Overall great experience.

The process with Sunnon has been seamless and we do not have to worry about getting things done around the property. We have been with Sunnon for a year now and will continue doing business with them. I am especially pleased with their work during this pandemic and how they were able to properly manage the property while minimizing exposure to others.
