Hansen has been our management company since 2013 with 4 tenants approved by their vetting process with positive results and little to none unsatisfactory issues. Tenants departing were aware of property conditions upon termination and adhered to contract terms. As an owner their professional attitude and attention to current rules and regulations make their fees a bargain. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin with my experience with this company? I have been renting all of my adult life and no company comes close to the experience I have had with Hansen property management. Each and every person I have worked with has showed me and my family kindness, patience and understanding. They use water sub-metered systems with an illegal company called Yes Energy Management. They overcharge tenants to steal money. I have been asking for several months about the chart of how much water is being used by the building, so we can calculate according to the Legal Utility State department chart and they refused to do it. That let me think that they are hiding something.
Instead, what the so-called unprofessional CEO of this company told us was, “you can terminate the contract if you don’t like the way that we charge you” sketchy right? :)

This company was recommended to me by one of their clients. The house is located in NC and I am frequently in NY so it was important to find a property manager that was hassle free, responsive as well as responsible. The house means a lot to me personally because my parents used to live there with us. Katherine and her team prepped the house, found the tenants and did everything afterwards. Continued great experience with entire staff at Hansen for the past 2 yrs. Team is always responsive in answering emails, texts or online portal requests, responding within the same day. They manage expectations when placing requests so that we understand the process and why certain requests may take longer than others. They are flexible and understand not all circumstances are the same, which was very helpful when we ran into a situation upon initially moving in (coming from another state).
